    Brentford 0-1 Newcastle

    Kit Symons
Former Premier League defender speaking on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Newcastle have done OK and they have ridden their luck at times. But their focus is solely on getting that first away win.

    Aston Villa 2-0 Bournemouth

Alex Jimenez looks to half the deficit but his low shot drags just wide. We're into seven minutes of added time.

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 Leeds

Leeds try something from the training ground but Sean Longstaff plays the free-kick straight to Igor Jesus in the Forest wall.

    Really poor.

  4. Bournemouth target Konsa in the presspublished at 14:49 GMT

    Aston Villa 2-0 Bournemouth

    Dave Edwards
Former Wales midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2 at Villa Park

Bournemouth are allowing the first pass to go to [Ezri] Konsa and then they press him quickly, which is backed up by pressing other players that he could potentially pass to.

He runs out of ideas and he has put the ball out of play four times now. As a player, you will start to get a bit nervous when you get on the ball.

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 Leeds

Elliot Anderson loses the ball in his own half and Brenden Aaronson wins a free-kick in stoppage time.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Brighton

A pretty dull first half comes to an end at Selhurst Park.

I really like Dan Burn, but we are a much better team with Lewis Hall at left-back.

  8. 'Final pass is lacking'published at 14:47 GMT

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 Leeds

    Sue Smith
Former Leeds and England forward on BBC Radio 5 Live at City Ground

Both teams out of shape, so they're trying to hit it on the counter. It's just the final pass which is lacking.

Leeds are trying to get in and around Lukas Nmecha. The wide players and midfield runners are trying to get around him.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Brighton

Yankuba Minteh has to be doing better there and he knows it as he drags his shirt over his head.

He's played set up perfectly to the right of the box. He looks to open up his body and go across goal but gets it all wrong.

  10. Postpublished at 14:46 GMT

    Aston Villa 2-0 Bournemouth

Justin Kluivert's low shot from 25-yards ripples the side netting. The away fans thought that had gone in I think!

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 Leeds

Leeds don't look confident when coming forward as Anton Stach makes a reluctant run into the box but Murillo deals with him.

    Brentford 0-1 Newcastle

Good challenge from Malick Thiaw but it awards Brentford yet another throw in. It doesn't feel like this one will stay at 1-0.

  14. Postpublished at 14:44 GMT

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Brighton

Danny Welbeck and Jefferson Lerma get annoyed at each other but their tussling almost turns into hugging each other.

It's about as exciting as it gets in this first half.

  15. 'Onana rewarded for his performance'published at 14:44 GMT

    Aston Villa 2-0 Bournemouth

    Dave Edwards
Former Wales midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2 at Villa Park

It has been coming. The Villa pressure has been sustained and Bournemouth can't keep hold of the ball in the middle of the pitch.

Villa were straight on to Tyler Adams' loose pass and Onana only had one thing on his mind. Petrovic couldn't get anywhere near it.

The central midfielder has had a good game and he has been rewarded for it. They fully deserve their 2-0 lead.

    Nott'm Forest 1-1 Leeds

    Sue Smith

It has been a good game, but in the last few moments it has got scrappy from both sides.

Can somebody tell Nick Pope it’s OK to catch a football as a goalkeeper. It’s incredible how often he punches a basic catch and it’s absolutely infuriating and creates half of our problems.

A poor challenge from Murillo as he drags down Noah Okafor. He's the second Forest player to pick up a booking.

    Amadou Onana (40 mins)

Amadou Onana finds Morgan Rogers out on the left-hand side and the midfielder slides it through the legs of Alex Jimenez before sending it back to Onana.

It's a lovely finish from the Belgian and puts Villa firmly in control here.
