Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi on facing Newcastle: "St James' Park is the best stadium in the Premier League. Last season is still in my head because of the incredible atmosphere and now they are playing well.

"They are in a good moment but we want to follow in the same way we play against Villa at home.

"I think Newcastle and Brighton, we have paid a big big price [with injuries]. Maybe I speak for myself, but maybe we weren’t ready to compete in three or four competitions and we suffer a lot of injuries and Newcastle as well.

"With Joelinton, Almiron, Isak and Wilson in good condition I think they can fight for Champions League and qualify because their level is higher than the position they are in at the minute."

On expecting Newcastle to be on the front foot: "Yes, because it is their DNA.

"They have fantastic players, their midfield scores a lot of goals. They are good with the ball they play with two full-backs and very offensive. The DNA of Newcastle is to score goals and score one more than opponent."

Wolves v Crystal Palace (Sat, 15:00 BST)

Hwang Hee-Chan of Wolverhampton Wanderers scoresImage source, Getty Images

Fair play to Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner for what he has done at Palace since taking charge in February.

His initial results were not great and I thought it would be difficult to change the team's brand of football in such a short space of time, but he has changed it and they are getting results.

Having Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise fit has obviously helped the Eagles a lot in an attacking sense, and they are creating lots of chances for Jean-Philippe Mateta.

I can see those three having more joy against a Wolves team who have gone off the boil in recent weeks and are stumbling towards the end of the season.

    Sutton's prediction: 1-2

    Serge's prediction: 1-1

  4. Palace will be a tough test - O'Neilpublished at 15:57 10 May

Wolves boss Gary O'Neil on Crystal Palace: "The new coach and fresh ideas, they've got [Ebrechi] Eze and [Michael] Olise back, Marc Guehi coming back. Roy Hodgson did a fantastic job for a very long time. The changes are not only due to form are not only due to change of coach.

"The combination of both, good coach, new ideas, best players available, it will be a tough test for us, they're on a really good run. A last home game that we want to be enjoyable for us and the fans. A chance to go out on a high."

On Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise: "They look like players that could play at the very top end of the Premier League.

"I’m sure Crystal Palace will be desperate to keep hold of them in the summer. They’re in the sort of form where everyone will be talking about them, big clubs will be looking at them.”

Wolves boss Gary O'Neil on team news: "Santi [Santiago Bueno] is better. He only trained on Friday last week so wasn't available to start at City. He's fine now. Pedro [Neto] still won't be involved tomorrow. He's training, but not done enough at high speeds to guarantee it's not a risk for him at this point. Apart from that we are pretty good.

"The change in results and momentum shows it has impacted us. No excuse of course, we understand all teams have injuries. To have no forwards available for a long part of the season is tough in the Premier League."

A nice simple question, unless you're Gareth Southgate who has to decide Adam Wharton's England fate.

Will Palace's Wharton be part of Southgate's England squad for the Euros this summer?

Crystal Palace boss OIiver Glasner on January signing Adam Wharton, and the potential on him to be included in the England setup: "Adam does really well, otherwise he wouldn't play almost every minute.

"He starts every game because he always shows great performances with his passing, with his solutions and with his hard work in central midfield together with Will Hughes - it's very important for us.

"Gareth Southgate was at Selhurst watching the game against Man Utd, so he doesn't need any advice from me. He will nominate the best players for England.

"Adam does really well and I and we all wish all the best to our players, so of course if he will be nominated [for England] it would be a fantastic achievement, but he's a young guy so he will have many international appearances, but it's Gareth Southgate's decision."

Jairo Riedewald applauds the fansImage source, Getty Images

Crystal Palace boss OIiver Glasner on Jairo Riedewald, who will be leaving the club in the summer: "It's a decision speaking to the Sporting Director and speaking to the Chairman and then we all three decided.

"When you take our central midfield, we have Adam Wharton, we have Will Hughes, we have Jefferson Lerma, we have Cheick Doucoure coming back for the next season, we have David Ozoh, we have Naouirou Ahamada, so we have six players for two positions.

"It’s nothing to do with his individual quality, he's a great player, he's a fantastic guy, a really nice guy, so it's nice to have him here, but we can't sign seven central midfielders if we play with two.

"Some decisions are not to say we don't believe in the quality of the player, it's just we have to see the whole squad and what's necessary and what's important for the team."

  9. 'Wolves have a lot of quality'published at 15:43 10 May

Wolves v Crystal Palace (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace boss OIiver Glasner on his opponents Wolves: "Wolves have a lot of quality, as I mentioned in offence. They play very aggressively with high intensities.

"If we win we overtake them, they have their last game at Liverpool, and then we are at home to Aston Villa, so it could be that we overtake them in the table, so everybody knows this, and it's no secret.

"At the end of the season, no team has secrets [of how they play], you can watch all the games, you can analyse everything, and now it's important to show your best performance, to be ambitious, and if you think you can play with 98%, you will lose the game.

"Every Premier League game, every league game all over the world – if it’s in the German Bundesliga, in [Spain’s] La Liga, everywhere, if you don't perform at your best level, you will lose the game. This is the challenge that every team has, after a very long season.

"I think especially the English teams, you could see it in the international competitions, that it's a very long season, with no break in the winter, and then whatever it is, so our players look fresh, and that's important, because we have to be fresh, we have to be sharp, otherwise it's impossible to take the win."

Tottenham v Burnley (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Finally from Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou, on Spurs' women facing Man Utd in a FA Cup final: "Massive.

"The whole year they have made significant inroads in terms of their progress. The opportunity to win a trophy is brilliant for them and it's brilliant for our football club – so all the best.

"They have shown some good resilience through the year and it will hold them in good stead."

On Burnley having extra motivation for the game: "I think again pretty consistent in saying you have got to block that stuff out and prepare ourselves for another big challenge - most of the games are of consequence.

"Burnley need a result tomorrow and they have been aggressive in their approach.

"If you look at the last few weeks Burnley have picked up results and they will feel like they have to go for it to have any chance of survival."

From east to north London now as Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou, addresses the 4-2 loss to Liverpool: "When you’re 4-0 down it doesn’t look great. I felt the thing which was missing before was the final third action.

"As I said disappointing to not get the result, but there was enough there for me to provide feedback to the boys."

On what he has learned this season: "I am who I am. I have resisted the notion to try change the way I am and it is not easy in the Premier League with the scrutiny.

"There is nothing I have learned about myself this year that I didn’t know – I am not a perfect human being and I will keep moving on."

On injury updates: "No nothing [no change] from last week."

  13. 'I think it's the right decision' - Moyes on departurepublished at 15:26 10 May

West Ham v Luton Town (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    West Ham United

West Ham boss David Moyes on his final home game in charge: "I'd hoped we'd be pushing for Europe in this game, we've just dropped out of it but we are still pushing for a strong finish in the Premier League. To finish in the top ten would be excellent for us and it's really important we win the game tomorrow."

On whether it will be an emotional day for him: "I'm not necessarily that type of person but I am looking forward to the game. I know it's a game we want to bounce back from after the last week - that's the most important thing for me."

On how his departure has been managed: "There are a lot of things in football which can always be done better but I'm really comfortable with the situation, I'm comfortable with the board so at the moment everything is fine... it's football."

On whether he'd have wanted to stay: "That's a decision I would have had to make with my family. I have been away from my family for a long time so this was always going to be a moment where I had to make a decision but I think it's the right decision, for both parties. For myself and for the club and we'll go our separate ways, I believe a really good four and a half years."

On whether he would like to keep managing: "Yes. First and foremost would be a break, I want a break from it. When we started last year we won the final on June 7 and we were back on July 1 to go to Australia with three weeks off last year.

"If you look at the amount of games we've played in the last couple of years, little time we've had of a break. I strive to work as hard as I can at every club, I've tried to do that at West Ham as well.

"There's been a lot of hours and effort. The first and most important thing is to have a break. I'm looking forward to working for BBC, TalkSport at the Euros. I want to keep really involved in football. I really love football."

  14. 'Not sure yet if I want to give up'published at 15:21 10 May

West Ham v Luton Town (Sat, 15:00 BST)

    West Ham United

More from West Ham boss David Moyes: "I've done over one thousand games, I've been in it a long time. I think there's only Sir Alex [Ferguson] and Arsene [Wenger] who have managed more Premier League games than me so that's something to be quite proud of in some way.

"I use the word longevity quite often. It means people thought you were good enough to stay in the job. A lot of mangers come and go very quickly, good managers. To be at that level and do it so long, in a league we consider the best in the world, I'm quite pleased I have done that.

"I hope now I can give a lot back to younger managers. I'm keen on coach education, keen on working with coaching side of it. I'm involved with the League Managers' Association so there's a lot of things hopefully later in life I can choose to do - I'm not sure yet if I want to give up."

West Ham boss David Moyes on how he'd like to be remembered at West Ham: "As someone who has come in, done a job as expected. Stopping the club getting relegated the second time was difficult and you can see how football can change really quickly.

"Then we've become a European team, now we're expected to become a European team which is some change even for 'journos' in here that'd speak to me regularly, from when they came watching a relegation side to a side which questions are mainly asked around 'Can you qualify for Europe?'.

"I think we've done a really good job that way. I think we've built the club and there's stability there now."

David Beckham hopes 1999 Treble documentary inspires Man Utd

Former Manchester United midfielder David Beckham hopes a documentary about the club's Treble-winning campaign in 1998-99 can inspire the Old Trafford side out of their current struggles.

Beckham was part of a United side that won the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup 25 years ago under Sir Alex Ferguson.

The present team are eighth in the Premier League and have not won the top-flight title since 2013.

United last won the Champions League in 2008 and the FA Cup in 2016, although they did win the Europa League in 2017 and League Cup in 2023.

“In all honesty, I think that anyone that watches this documentary and has a connection to United, that they’ll be inspired by it," Beckham told BBC Radio 5 Live at the premiere of Amazon Prime's '99'.

"It’s been a difficult time for the team over the last few years now but it was always going to be.

"When we were as successful as we were for the amount of years there was always gong to be this time.

"Now, we feel it’s probably gone on for a little bit too long but it will mean something to these homegrown lads without a doubt because the homegrown lads actually talk about that moment in time so we hope it inspires them.”

We will have more memories from that Treble-winning campaign later in this page.

Manchester United fans need to stop living in the past and pretending we are still in the Sir Alex Ferguson era.

My favourite team of the Premier League era was Ferguson's Treble-wining side of 1999, so for everyone who thinks I dislike United, I don't.

They were also the best team the Premier League has ever seen but, while they were brilliant then, they are not anymore.

The only question is whether the Gunners turn up but even if they are below their best, this could end up being a cricket score.

I've got to say that while I've been critical of Bruno Fernandes in regards to the Manchester United captaincy, they missed him badly against Palace.

They will also need Arsenal to not quite be at it but, with what is at stake, I think the opposite will apply. I am expecting the Gunners to win easily.

  19. 'I think they have common sense'published at 15:02 10 May

Man Utd v Arsenal (Sun, 16:30 BST)

    Manchester United

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag on whether history will repeat itself, after Louis van Gaal was sacked after helping the club win the FA Cup in 2016: "No. I think they have common sense, they have seen when you have 32 different backlines, when you lose eight centre-backs. When we see we don't have a left full-back, they know that will have a negative impact on the results but we are still fighting and it's a huge FA Cup final. We are still there, it can be a highlight of the season but we know why we are underperforming, I am a realistic person, I see this, I analyse and no team will perform with these injuries."
