  10. 'Positive performance from Hull'published at 15:49 British Summer Time 17 August

    HT: Plymouth 0-0 Hull

    Peter Swan
Former Hull City player on BBC Radio Humberside

Four or five times now, Hull have gone from back to front and got themselves in good positions. Plymouth don't have the quality up front.

Going forward, I'm really impressed with Hull City. Defensively, they've been shaky but not as much as they have been.

It's an evenly balanced game but I think Hull are the better team. I'm feeling more positive at this performance.

Matt Grimes missed a penalty in Swansea's last home league game, seeing his spot-kick saved by the late Matija Sarkic when the Swans lost at home to Millwall on the final day of last season.

This time, however, Grimes emphatically converts his spot-kick.

Swansea are well worth their lead having dominated this first half.

    Plymouth 0-0 Hull

    Peter Swan
Former Hull City player on BBC Radio Humberside

Fans boo around the stadium but I'm enjoying it.

Hull are thinking like snooker players, thinking ahead. They are playing balls into areas where they are expecting players to be. The midfielders are creating space.
