Really poor defending from Crystal Palace but Leicester take full advantage to double their lead.

It's James Justin with the cross and it just hits Nathaniel Clyne before falling for Wilfred Ndidi, who finds Stephy Mavididi to score.

Murillo has had a stormer in this first half.

Forest go in at the break level and they will be delighted. Liverpool hit the post with Diaz and Jota had a golden opportunity.

There's a bit of frustration in this stadium, Liverpool haven't been at the level which they were at before the international break.

  8. 'We're so close to being very, very good'published at 15:56 British Summer Time 14 September

    FT: Southampton 0-3 Man Utd

    Southampton

Southampton manager Russell Martin, speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "Any level when you don't respond to a setback, we were brilliant up to that point then we missed the penalty and it changes the atmosphere, changes the momentum a little bit.

"But if you defend set plays in that way, that's not about Premier League talent, that's not defending properly. That's a mentality thing. I'm sure people will point to that being the Premier League and being punished but we have to defend better at whatever level we're at."

On the second half: "It's difficult because they do things at 2-0 up that they don't do at 0-0 when there's a bit of tension in their game because of the problems we caused them.

"But we were still in the game, the longer it went on, I felt we were getting into it a bit more than we get a man sent off and it's almost impossible to claw it back. Then it is about avoiding too much damage."

On need to get first point: "Then everyone relaxes. I feel that we're so close to being very, very good and very competitive. But we can't keep defending second-phase set plays like we did today."

I'm going to call it. Yes they're amazing and Haaland an unbelievable goalscorer. But it's got a bit boring hasn't it? You know City will win and exactly who will score. Bit of a farmers league this!

Liverpool frustrated - they did hit the post but Forest have defended pretty well.

Brighton - without the injured Joao Pedro - knocking on the door but Ipswich holding firm, thanks to a couple of fine saves from Arijanet Muric.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:48 British Summer Time 14 September

    Man City 2-1 Brentford

    Yoane WissaImage source, Getty Images

Yoane Wissa looks to be in some discomfort with his left ankle after that Mateo Kovacic challenge.

He's going to have to come off and it's Kevin Schade who will replace him.

Wissa hobbles off and that's a blow for Brentford. He has scored three goals in four Premier League games so far this season.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 14 September

    Raul Jimenez's touch the difference.

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester

    MavididiImage source, Getty Images

Crystal Palace are dominating possession and territory, but - in old-school Leicester style - they're a threat on the break, largely thanks to Jamie Vardy.

A Marc Guehi error gives the Foxes a sniff this time and Vardy finds Mavididi, who misses the target.

  19. Postpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 14 September

    Fulham 1-0 West Ham

Ahhh, decision making lets Fulham down. A lovely sweeping attack sees Alex Iwobi progress the ball down the left, it's swept out wide and they have two men over. Raul Jimenez has to either shoot first time or play a ball to the back post and he does neither, touching it inside and it's cut out.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:45 British Summer Time 14 September

    Liverpool 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Alex Moreno had just shown tremendous pace to get back and bail Forest out of danger and he's now in the book for chopping down Diogo Jota after a bouncing ball ran the forward's way. A good signing in my book.
