  1. 'Rovers will be thankful the pace has dimmed'published at 17:12 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Barnsley 0-0 Bristol Rovers

    Lee Mansell
Former Bristol Rovers midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

The game is slower than it was in the 90 minutes and it needs to be.

It suits Rovers a little bit, obviously they would have travelled up yesterday and stopped in a hotel overnight.

They've had to weather a hell of a red storm. Barnsley have had a lot of opportunities and Josh Griffiths has been heroic in goal.

If you are a Rovers player you'd be thankful that the pace has dimmed a little bit.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:12 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Accrington 2-2 Swindon

An enforced change for the hosts now as Dara Costelloe picks up a knock and limps off, to be replaced by Anjola Popoola.

If he can score a late winner he'll surely live up to his name in Accrington tonight...

  3. Postpublished at 17:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Oldham

A chance at the other end now as Manny Monthe, who probably thinks he should be talking to the media about his matchwinner, blocks a Jamie Donley cross.

It's basically two exhausted boxers just throwing punches at each other.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 17:10 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Accrington 2-2 Swindon

Another sub for Swindon early in extra time. Strike Harry Smith, he of the penalty miss in the final half hour, of course, is withdrawn, with ian Holloway bringing Paul Glatzel on in his place.

  5. Postpublished at 17:09 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Oldham

We're back underway and it looks like Oldham have recovered from that last second heartbreaker.

Dominic Ball has to block, well, the ball on the line for Leyton Orient from Kane Drummond's effort.

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 17:09 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Cambridge 1-1 Wigan

Wigan go close in extra time at the Abbey Stadium as Maleace Asamoah is denied by keeper Vicente Reyes.

  7. CLOSE!published at 17:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Accrington 2-2 Swindon

Stanley forward Dara Costelloe has the first glimpse of goal in extra-time but can only fire wide of Jack Bycroft's upright.

Ian Hollloway made a triple sub at the start of the additional period. Some much needed fresh legs after nearly an hour playing a man short...

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 17:06 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Barnsley 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Just as I ask where it's gone wrong for the home side, Gas keeper Josh Griffiths puts in a brilliant diving save to deny Josh Earl's rifled shot from outside the box.

Griffiths will be a hero if Bristol Rovers come out of this on the brighter side.

  9. Postpublished at 17:03 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Accrington 2-2 Swindon

Just a recap at the start of extra-time.. Tyler Walton scored after 17 and 91 minutes for Stanley.

Grant Hall scored after 45 minutes and Joel Cotterill after 70 for Swindon, who saw Danny Butterworth sent-off on 41 minutes and also Harry Smith's penalty saved by Bill Crellin when the game was at 1-1.

Right, you're up to speed... let the madness continue.

  10. EXTRA TIMEpublished at 17:03 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Barnsley 0-0 Bristol Rovers

The tie at Oakwell is into extra-time but how that is, Darrell Clarke will be questioning.

Barnsley have had 24 pops at goal with seven on target compared to Bristol Rovers, who have had five attempts and just one going in the right direction.

If the Tykes don't get through this one, it'll be a hard one to take.

  11. 'Added time has really cost Oldham'published at 17:02 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Oldham

    Pete Wild
Former Oldham manager on BBC Radio Manchester

I'm really disappointed with how much time the referee has added on and I've been saying that all the way through.

There is no way we should have been in the 99th minute.

    It's really cost Oldham.

    Football eh?

Oldham had this all tied up - Manny Monthe had given them the lead and in a pulsating FA Cup tie in which both sides also hit the woodwork only for the Cup that keeps giving to serve us up some drama.

Into the 99th minute we went, Tom James lined-up a free-kick into the Oldham box, every other Leyton Orient player was in the area including their goalkeeper Josh Keeley and he got on the end of it to send us to extra-time.

Heartbreak for Oldham who must now gather themselves for another 30 minutes.

League One side Charlton go through the third round of the FA Cup thanks to two goals from Gassan Ahadme (pictured) and cool finishes from Matty Godden and Tyrese Campbell. League Two promotion chasers Walsall gave it their all but struggled to create clear-cut chances and were punished for some sloppy defending.
