    That should do it.

Jack Aitchison won't get his name against the goal but he's the one that's very likely sealed the Grecians place in the third round.

The forward blasted into the Chesterfield half to thread through a pass to Ilmari Niskanen, who then sent it to Josh Magennis to finish.

There's still time for the visitors to get back in this but with just the two shots on target to Exeter's nine, you just don't see it.

  4. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

So close a second goal for Oldham.

Charlie Raglan's header strikes a post and Manny Monthe on the follow-up hits it over.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Peterborough 1-2 Notts County

It felt like this one was going to be a heart-in-mouth contest filled with goal after goal when Notts scored their second but it hasn't really fired up enough since then.

Things have begun to sizzle at times, especially from the home side, but nothing caught alight.

Notts County scorer Cedwyn Scott, Lewis Macari and Alassana Jatta are removed as Lucas Ness, Josh Martin and Jevani Brown are introduced to try to create a spark.

  6. Postpublished at 16:25 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Stockport 2-1 Brackley

Brackley have forced three corners in about five minutes - nothing has come of them but it's a sign this cup tie isn't done yet.

The Callum Connolly own goal has thrown it back into doubt.

    Accrington 1-1 Swindon

Swindon's George Cox is brought down in the box giving Harry Smith the chance to put the 10-men ahead from the spot, only for keeper Billy Crellin to save his penalty.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

A third caution for Oldham - this time Mike Fondop-Talum catches Darren Pratley in an aerial battle and is shown a yellow card.

  9. Postpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Walsall 0-2 Charlton

Walsall continue to push for a goal that would bring them back into this tie.

But they've not managed to create a chance of note so far in this second half. Charlton are defending well.

  10. Postpublished at 16:22 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

It's still a very good cup tie.

Dan Agyei is just unable to connect with a Sonny Perkins cross for the home side before Oldham see Charlie Raglan head well over the bar.

    The next goal is crucial.

  11. Postpublished at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Stockport 2-1 Brackley

You can really hear the Brackley supporters now, they sense a comeback.

Stockport boss Dave Challinor is off the bench to bellow instructions at his players - it's very different from the first-half which was a walk in the, ahem, Edgeley Park.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

Richie Wellens rings the changes for Leyton Orient.

Diallang Jaiyesimi and Brandon Cooper get the hook and on come Omar Beckles and Sonny Perkins.

The home side are staring down the barrel.

  13. 'One of the great own goals that you will see'published at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Stockport 2-1 Brackley

    Chris Egerton
    BBC Radio Northampton commentator

Callum Connolly has put it in from about 35 or 40-yards out under pressure from Connor Hall.

It is one of the great own goals that you will see this season.

It's quite an astonishing goal and 350 Brackley Town fans are celebrating it as if it's Maradona in the Azteca in 1986.

    Amazing stuff.

  14. Postpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Exeter 1-0 Chesterfield

Exeter's Jack Aitchison is taken down incredibly close to the penalty box white line.

    Millimetres.

More pressure for Chesterfield to withhold after a free kick is awarded.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

Tom James has had a free-kick saved by Matthew Hudson as Leyton Orient search for an equaliser.

Reagan Ogle is the second Oldham man onto referee Alan Young's naughty list for a foul on Dan Agyei.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Peterborough 1-2 Notts County

Posh haven't let the break interrupt any of their energy as Ryan de Havilland's strike goes clattering into the crossbar.

Lively start to the half in this one. More goals? Go on then.

  17. Postpublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Walsall 0-2 Charlton

Walsall have made a lively start to the second half. Having said that, they did the same in the first half only to find themselves behind. They're not giving up though.

  18. goal

GOAL Stockport 2-1 Brackleypublished at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

Callum Connolly (OG - 55 mins)

    One for the blooper tapes.

Stockport's Callum Connolly is put under pressure by Brackley's Connor Hall and completely misjudges a backpass which sails past his own goalkeeper for an own goal.

    Hope for the non-leaguers.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Oldham

James Norwood's over zealous challenge on Ollie O'Neill earns the Oldham front man a yellow card.

  20. goal

GOAL Crawley 2-4 Lincolnpublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 30 November 2024

    Jack Moylan (48 mins)

Madness... Two goals in a minute... all in the first three minutes of the second half.

Erik Ring has scored one worldie and fancied another but scuffs his shot, but only into the path of Jack Moylan who finds the net with a cheeky backheel.

Lincoln are eyeing a place in the third round for the first time since 2018-19.
