Wealdstone beat 10-man Southend
Olufela Olomola scored the only goal as Wealdstone put their name in the hat for the second round of the FA Cup with a 1-0 win over 10-man Southend.
The Shrimpers had Ben Goodliffe sent off with just 17 minutes on the clock after he brought down Olomola when he was through on goal.
It took just two minutes for Wealdstone to make the extra man count as neat build-up play down the right saw Olomola tuck home Dom Hutchinson's cross into the box.
Anthony Georgiou came closest after the interval, narrowly failing to double the home side's advantage when he shot inches wide from a quick break.
