Not even a minute gone in the second-half and QPR already bag themselves a corner. There's been a few of those in this game.

Millwall deal with the immediate pressure with ease as the corner doesn't result in anything but it's clear QPR are eyeing that second.

The half-time team talk must have been very invigorating for the home side. It's been an energetic start.

A fascinating, breathless half of football ends with big moments at either ends.

Sunderland wanted a penalty, Middlesbrough should have had an equaliser.

Boro have been more composed and fluid over the piece but they trail to Chris Rigg's goal.

Sunderland have been dangerous on the break and full of youthful exuberance, personified by Rigg in his backheel.

More of the same second half, please.

Middlesbrough with most of the possession but its Sunderland who have all the goals at half-time.

Boro had a great chance to take an early lead but Tommy Conway's header skimmed the top of the bar.

They were made to pay for that when Chris Rigg put the home side in front with their first real opening when he improvised brilliantly to backheel in from a tight angle.

Thereafter Boro have had most of the ball but the Black Cats have looked dangerous on the break.

Emmanuel Latte Lath had a good chance to level right on half-time but sent his lofted shot over.
