    Birmingham 0-0 Millwall

Blues continuing to have the better of it with Demarai Gray lashing over Max Crocombe's crossbar from distance after a good flick on from Marvin Ducksch, who earlier missed the chance to slot Tomoki Iwata through on goal with an underhit pass.

The skipper stings the home side.

Imran Louza has his sixth Watford goal of the season.

Kwadwo Baah backheels the ball into the path of Marc Bola and he gets to the byline to cut it back to Louza who was never going to miss.

    Great start for the visitors.

  3. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:02 GMT 4 November

    Derby 0-0 Hull City

    It has settled down...

Matt Crooks crashes an effort off the Derby crossbar.

He has got a couple of goals this season and almost had a third.

  4. Postpublished at 20:01 GMT 4 November

    Bristol City 0-0 Blackburn

Looks like a bit of a hangover from Saturday's defeat at Stoke for the Robins, who are also dealing with a glut of injuries to be fair to them.

Ryan Alebiosu's cross from the right for Blackburn has been met by the head of Ryan Hedges, only for his effort to loop over Radek Vitek's crossbar.

    All Rovers so far.

  6. Postpublished at 20:00 GMT 4 November

    Derby 0-0 Hull City

A scrappy start to this one, punctuated by a number of free kicks.

These two are both in excellent form so we'll hope it settles down.

  7. CLOSE!published at 19:59 GMT 4 November

    Charlton 0-0 West Brom

The Baggies are on top in the early stages and Samuel Iling-Junior, back in his home city tonight, has flashed an effort on his swinger inches past Thomas Kaminski's post, hitting the stanchion, which always fools a few poor souls in the stands.

  8. Postpublished at 19:58 GMT 4 November

    Leicester 0-0 Middlesbrough

Now then, Leicester goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk needs some attention.

It's surely too early for it to be one of these 'tactical' injuries?

He has received some lengthy treatment but seems fine.

Frank Lampard makes five changes to his Coventry side from Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Wrexham.

Three of those come in defence where Milan van Ewijk is back from suspension, Bobby Thomas has overcome a calf problem and Jay Dasilva is also fit again.

Victor Torp comes into the midfield alongside Josh Eccles to take up the number 10 role.

For United, Tom Cannon comes back in having been out of the squad entirely for their 3-1 at home by Derby at the weekend. Jairo Riedewald is also recalled.

It was all going so sweetly for Coventry.

Six wins on the spin, goals flying in everywhere, clear at the top of the Championship. And then came Friday night at Wrexham.

    A 1-0 half-time lead became a 3-2 defeat, conceding three times in 23 second-half minutes.

They remain three points clear at the top of the table but perhaps a little reset, or recalibration, is needed this evening against Sheffield United.

The Blades, meanwhile, are trying to pick themselves up from such a disastrous start to the season.

Their first two wins of the campaign have then been followed by two defeats, the second of those at home to Derby on Saturday.

Reminders, therefore, for both sides that plenty of work lies ahead of them ahead of tonight's meeting at the CBS.

  11. 'More energy out there'published at 19:57 GMT 4 November

    Leicester 0-0 Middlesbrough

    Matt Piper
Former Foxes winger on BBC Radio Leicester

I have been encouraged by the Leicester start, there is more energy out there straight away.

They just need to be a bit quicker, in this league you have to do things so fast otherwise the opposition are on you in a flash.

  12. CLOSE!published at 19:56 GMT 4 November

    Charlton 0-0 West Brom

First glimpse of goal at The Valley goes to the visitors as some neat approach play from Aune Heggebo ends with Isaac Price getting a shot in from Karlan Grant's pass, only to fire past Thomas Kaminski's left post.

  13. goal

GOAL: Oxford 0-1 Stokepublished at 19:56 GMT 4 November

    Lewis Baker (11 mins)

A swift counter and Stoke have the early lead!

Million Manhoef drove up the middle into space and played in Divin Mubama.

His shot was saved but it fell for Lewis Baker to tap in.

  14. Postpublished at 19:54 GMT 4 November

    Bristol City 0-0 Blackburn

Rovers on the front foot still but Yuki Ohashi's cross into the mixer from the right is pushed out by the diving Radek Vitek before it gets to in-form Andri Gudjohnsen, seeking to score for the third game in succession.

  15. Postpublished at 19:54 GMT 4 November

    Ipswich 0-0 Watford

Marcelino Nunez scored two brilliant free kicks for Ipswich in their win at QPR at the weekend.

But he's on the bench tonight so Jaden Philogene lines up a set piece for the home side - it's well over the bar.

It is a filthy night in Leicester.

    The rain is teeming down.

We had a wonderfully observed service before kick-off in preparation for Remembrance Sunday.

  17. Postpublished at 19:51 GMT 4 November

    Oxford 0-0 Stoke

Big early chance for Oxford as Stoke don't deal with a corner, a cross comes back in and it's a free header for Brian De Keersmaecker.

But a terrible effort is well wide.

    Early let off for Stoke.

  18. CLOSE!published at 19:50 GMT 4 November

    Birmingham 0-0 Millwall

In news which will not surprise many, Chris Davies has opted to name an unchanged XI from the one which thumped Portsmouth 74-odd hours ago.

Alex Neil has made four changes to the Lions side which were pegged back late on at Oxford, including two enforced ones.

Billy Mitchell, Camiel Neghli, Wes Harding and Joe Bryan are handed starts with Zak Sturge and Derek Mazou-Sacko dropping to the bench and Ryan Leonard and red-hot Femi Azeez missing out after picking up injuries at the Kassam.

Grim evening at St Andrew's but the hosts have begun brightly and Tommy Doyle has pounced on a loose ball in midfield and driven forward before pinging a shot narrowly past Max Crocombe's left hand post from outside the box with the keeper at full stretch

I am just looking at that Leicester backline and it does worry me, the lack of pace in it.

  20. Postpublished at 19:49 GMT 4 November

    Bristol City 0-0 Blackburn

Gerhard Struber has made three changes to his injury-hit Robins side from the one which went down 5-1 at Stoke.

Rob Atkinson misses out after limping off with a hamstring strain on Saturday, while Mark Sykes and Sinclair Armstrong drop to the bench, with Ross McCrorie, Haydon Roberts and Emil Riis all recalled.

Valerien Ismael has made two changes to the Rovers side which won 2-0 at Leicester at the weekend with Ryoya Morishita and Ryan Hedges recalled and Dion De Neve and Axel Henriksson dropping to the bench.

Early sight of goal for the visitors at Ashton Gate but Taylor Gardner-Hickman's left-footed strike deflects past Radek Vitek's upright for a corner.
