With the Liverpool having wrapped up the title with time to spare and relegation long since decided, all eyes on the fight for European places in the final weeks of the season.
Today is a big day for those hoping to secure Champions League qualification, starting with a huge game at St James' Park, while there is the small matter of top versus second to round things off at Anfield later.
There is plenty more besides in between and we'll keep you up-to-date with all the action throughout the afternoon.
