And there it is - Portsmouth have a first Championship win of the season!

They did it the hard way as they had to come from behind after an awful goalkeeping error had handed QPR the lead when Nicolas Schmid's weak headed clearance landed at the feet of Karamoko Dembele who lobbed the ball back in.

Pompey's response was swift as within ten minutes of going behind they levelled through Freddie Potts.

The key moment arrived 12 minutes into the second period as Morgan Fox hauled down Callum Lang who picked himself up to convert the penalty.

Four defeats in a row for QPR but a first second tier victory for Portsmouth since April 2012.

    Middlesbrough 0-2 Bristol City

An extraordinary game at the Riverside is over.

Bristol City have won for the seventh time in 10 visits to Middlesbrough.

The hosts huffed and puffed all afternoon but spurned a glut of golden chances, while they played a part in their own downfall by conceding possession cheaply allowing Anis Mehmedi and Yu Hirakawa to score before the break.

A day to forget for Michael Carrick and Boro.

A day to remember for Bristol City.

A day also to remember Theo John Manning.

    Millwall 1-1 Derby

Mihailo Ivanovic's first goal for Millwall prevents Derby getting a first win on the road this season BUT the Rams do get a first away point of the campaign.

The Londoners had the better of the game with Macauley Langstaff hitting the inside of a post and also being denied by a superb save from Jacob Widell Zetterstrom.

But Derby, found themselves in front 12 minutes from the end through Jerry Yates' header and his first Rams goal.

Cue Ivanovic to sprint clear with five minutes to go, round the goalkeeper and slot home to earn a point.

Job done for Scott Parker and Burnley. They will be top of the Championship tonight.

They weren't the best team for the opening exchanges of this one, but never looked back once Jaidon Anthony had taken advantage of a mistake in the Sheffield Wednesday backline to slot home the opener.

Josh Brownhill doubled the advantage shortly after the break, and that was all she wrote in Yorkshire.

Burnley have the best defence in the division and are back at the summit for the first time since matchday two.
