    It had been coming!

Great header from Georginio Rutter to power the ball past George Long after a lovely ball, clipped to the far post by Joel Veltman.

Brighton are good value for their lead.

    Reading 0-0 Burnley

Reading have settled after surviving the early Burnley onslaught unscathed.

Clarets keeper Vaclav Hladky has a moment to forget as he charges 12 yards off his line as Lewis Wing clips a ball into the box and gets nowhere near it.

Fortunately for him Tyler Bindon's header clears the bar.

That’s the magic of the FA cup. A lower league keeper suddenly turns into Thibaut Courtois the moment they’re up against Chelsea.

Bizarrely Cole Palmer is on the bench today. If ever a fixture screamed weekend off...

    Norwich 0-0 Brighton

Good feet from Georginio Rutter on the edge of the Norwich penalty area before he goes down feeling he was pushed in the back.

The referee is having none of it, though, and waves play on.

Brighton are upping the ante again.

Yes, I know Cole Palmer isn't playing this match, but he would have scored that penalty for us.

The often injured duo Reece James and Romeo Lavia have been two of Chelsea's best performers in a mediocre display thus far.

James is playing his first match for Chelsea since November 10. Lavia, meanwhile, hadn't played since December 8.

Both had suffered hamstring injuries amid more general fitness problems in their last couple of years at Chelsea.

It's likely that neither player will get the full 90 minutes as they are carefully managed back to full fitness.

  10. 'Plymouth are looking comfortable'published at 15:34 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-0 Plymouth Argyle

    Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Brentford haven't really hit their straps yet. They have shown threats of it but Plymouth are looking comfortable and feeling more confident as the game goes on - they just have to get on the ball and get playing themselves a bit.

Bournemouth have come from behind to lead this one. Justin Kluivert finds Dango Ouattara with a clever reverse ball into the box and the Cherries frontman slams it in from a tight angle.

Harry Burgoyne has had a pretty nomadic career and has played fewer than 100 games in total. He's 6ft 5ins and has made two superb saves in this game already.

    Seizing his moment.

  13. CLOSE!published at 15:33 Greenwich Mean Time

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Luton Town

Forest inches away from the lead.

Free kick level with the edge of the box on the left wing, it's perfect territory for James Ward-Prowse to whip in towards the goal.

Thomas Kaminski gets his body behind the shot, but has to gather at the second attempt as Willy Boly tries to jab the loose ball home.

    Norwich 0-0 Brighton

Delia Smith is in attendance at Carrow Road and the club's former majority shareholder will be enjoying what she's seeing from Norwich.

The hosts survived that little flurry from Brighton and it remains all square as we reached the half hour mark.

  18. Postpublished at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time

    Sunderland 0-1 Stoke

Sunderland have looked a little flat and their first corner - after Chris Rigg's cross causes a few problems - gives their supporters a badly-needed reason to cheer on a bitterly cold afternoon.

But in keeping with the match so far, the set-piece is disappointing and cleared at the near post.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Morecambe

That's a wonderful save! Harry Burgoyne goes down at full stretch to turn away a Joao Felix shot and then he makes another good save from the follow-up corner.
