    Tosin takes a strike from just outside the box and it takes a massive deflection off the defender.

    The keeper is diving to his right and is going to get to it comfortably but it hits the behind of the defender and it goes into the far post.

    Brighton double their lead on the stroke of half-time and it's a second for Georginio Rutter.

    It's superb from Yankuba Minteh for the assist, winning the ball on the halfway line and driving at the Norwich defence.

    He slides the ball to Rutter in the right-hand channel and his shot gets past George Long to make it 2-0.

    Rutter landed awkwardly and stays down but is all smiles as he walks around the pitch with the physio so the visitors will hope he is OK to continue.

    It took more than 40 minutes to arrive, but Sunderland finally force Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson into a meaningful stop.

    Eliezer Mayenda tries a left-footed drive from the edge of the box but it's straight at the stopper.

    Luke O'Nien then gets up well to meet Trai Hume, but directs his header over the bar. The hosts ending the half strongly, but they trail.
