Anon: As an Arsenal fan, I have a particular dilemma now, the only tricky fixture left for City is Spurs away and I don't know how do I bring myself up to wish them luck and beat or draw with City knowing that it may also help with secure Champion's league spot.

Anon: What do you make of Erik Ten Hag's latest pronouncements on Manchester United vs Coventry, picking fights with media and making claims on the entertainment his team provides?

    Simon Stone expert view

Well, on the entertainment front, he’s not wrong is he? Manchester United are entertaining. But I’m not sure conceding late goals and making games that seemed to be won full of jeopardy is the kind of entertainment their fans want.

On the ‘picking fights’ front, he is perfectly entitled to his view. He has to defend his position. I just feel on the Coventry game there was a difference of opinion. Ten Hag admitted United made mistakes – but they got through, which is the main thing. I, and colleagues in the media, felt being 3-0 up against a lower league side and only avoiding being knocked out by a marginal (correct) VAR offside decision was embarrassing for a club of that size.

It is clear Ten Hag is getting more forceful in his defence of performances and results. That is a sign of pressure. It is also a sign that a decision will soon be made on his future.

Nottingham Forest are just one point above Luton in the Premier League table, but, that could all change as early as this week.

While Forest's four-point deduction for breaching profit and sustainability rules (PSR) has been applied, they have appealed against the decision. That appeal was set to be heard on Wednesday, 24 April.

The hearing was expected to be wrapped up within a day, but Forest will have to wait to discover if they are successful - with the timeframe of the outcome unclear.

They are expected to discover their fate before the final day of the season.

Manchester City and Arsenal have been almost neck and neck in this run in, leading to the sensational title race we have now.

They are the two in-form sides in the division, with five wins from their previous six games. City are the only top flight side to go unbeaten in that period.

Note also the form of Everton, with three successive wins keeping them safe from relegation, and Crystal Palace, whose new manager Oliver Glasner has made an impressive start.

  17. Super computer is siding with Man Citypublished at 08:55 British Summer Time 29 April

Look away now Arsenal fans. The supercomputer is not in your side's favour...

That said, Arsenal's chances of winning the league have increased by almost 6% according to Opta after their 3-2 victory over rivals Tottenham in the north London derby.

Mikel Arteta's side are one point clear of second-placed Manchester City, who have a game in hand and won 2-0 at Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

A run of one win from five league games has seen Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool's drop more or less out of contention, with Opta giving them just a 0.1% chance.

Despite Arsenal's rise, Opta, with its 10,000 'supercomputer' simulations,, external believes City's dressing room is the place to be, with Pep Guardiola's side having a 67% chance of winning a historic fourth Premier League title in a row.

So why do Chelsea have two games in hand?

Well, the Blues haven't played a league game since 17 April, having been on Champions League duty instead.

But it wasn't to be last Saturday as Chelsea were beaten 2-0 by Barcelona to lose their semi-final 2-1 on aggregate.

And, after the match, Chelsea manager Emma Hayes said Kadeisha Buchanan's red card, awarded in that semi-final defeat, was the "worst decision in Women's Champions League history".
