Bolton (14th) are going to need some juice from the home fans if they're going to claw their way back into this game against Exeter (18th), who are slowly entering cruise control and lead 2-0. Millenic Alli in the right place at the right time, to tuck the visitors second goal in from close range.

Bristol Rovers (15th) are riding the same wave and have doubled their lead over winless Cambridge (22nd), 2-0, thanks to a goal from Promise Omochere who has a brace. Rovers could jump into the top six with a win today.

  6. 'Portsmouth shouldn't get too concerned'published at 16:27 British Summer Time 31 August

    Portsmouth 0-3 Sunderland

    Guy Whittingham
Former Portsmouth manager on BBC Radio Solent

At this moment in time, it's hard to see where a goal is coming from.

I don't think Portsmouth can get too concerned at the moment. Obviously, it's not nice to lose at home with this kind of scoreline but you certainly think defensively, when you've got defenders playing out of position, it's difficult.

Sheffield Wednesday have sent on Josh Windass, Olaf Kobacki and Michael Smith as they try to find a way back into this game.

  8. Postpublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 31 August

    West Brom 1-1 Swansea

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 Live at The Hawthorns

The Swansea fans have found their voice and are on their feet after a string of chances for the team in their lilac away colours.

Alex Palmer with a huge save at the feet of Ji-Sung Eom was one of the biggest opportunities for the Swans. There was a big penalty shout as he went down but it looked like but the goalkeeper got a touch. and just when the away supporters were reeling from that, they broke again and somehow Goncalo Franco has missed from point-blank range after a cross from the right.

I said Swansea needed to change things to get back into this - whatever Luke Williams said at half-time is working, they're a rejuvenated outfit and looking most likely to score next.

Jerry Yates tees up Jackson to fire past Bristol City goalkeeper Max O'Leary and the Rams look comfortable.

  11. Postpublished at 16:18 British Summer Time 31 August

    Plymouth 0-0 Stoke

Still no goals in this one but a flurry of chances for Stoke.

Firstly, Ryan Mmaee fires a left-footed strike from Lewis Koumas' delivery but Plymouth breathe a sigh of relief as it goes wide.

That came after Koumas himself had a shot blocked by the hosts.

GOAL: Millwall 1-0 Sheff Wedpublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 31 August

Millwall take the lead through a debut goal for Josh Coburn.

It's the first shot on target in this game but it's the one that counts.

  17. Postpublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 31 August

    Leeds 0-0 Hull

Brenden Aaronson really should have put Leeds ahead, here.

He works into the box and gets chance to get a shot away but his end result it tame and Hull survive.

  18. Postpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 31 August

    Millwall 0-0 Sheff Wed

No shots on target in the first half between these two sides and that's the way it remains but Sheffield Wednesday captain Barry Bannan has just sent one whistling over the bar.

He shoots from a free-kick from distance which goes just over the top.

  19. goal

  20. 'The pressure is building'published at 16:10 British Summer Time 31 August

    Leeds 0-0 Hull

    Ian Ashbee
Former Hull City midfielder on BBC Radio Humberside

The second half has started like the first half. Leeds are on the front foot and Hull are having to defend. The pressure is building.

Hull need to get out. Sean McLoughlin and Alfie Jones are doing the best they can, Lewie Coyle looks like he's struggling. They won't hold out for another 45 minutes like this.
