What a Sunday of NFL action we had, as the Kansas City Chiefs kept their dreams of defending their Super Bowl title alive but only just - as they needed an unlikely hero in back-up quarterback Chad Henne to see-off a spirited Cleveland Browns.
The Chiefs were looking good until superstar Patrick Mahomes left the game with concussion, leaving 35-year-old back-up Henne to fend off a flying finish from Cleveland in a 22-17 success.
Kansas City will now host the AFC Championship for a third straight year - the first team ever to do so - as they host the Buffalo Bills next week. All eyes will be on Mahomes' fitness during this week's build-up.
Over in the NFC, Tom Brady marches on but it looks like Drew Brees will wave goodbye to the NFL after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the New Orleans Saints 30-20 to give Brady the chance to go and earn a shot at a seventh Super Bowl title.
Brady and Brees were overshadowed somewhat by their respective defences, and it was Brees who cracked under the pressure by throwing three interceptions as the Saints slumped again in the post-season.
For Brady, he now faces Aaron Rodgers in another superstar battle as the Buccaneers travel to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers for the NFC title.
