As a Leicester fan, I was never for the appointment of Cooper. However, he kept us competitive in games and at least scoring. It made no sense to me to get rid of him for Van Nistelrooy. We have only got worse and its too late for anyone else to come in. We are going down, not sure when we will be back either. Frustrating times!

  11. Palmer taken off and goes straight down the tunnelpublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 9 March

    Chelsea 1-0 Leicester

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport football news reporter

Cole Palmer went straight down the tunnel after being substituted for youngster Tyrique George.

But this is the England forward's normal routine where he goes and grabs a couple of drinks before coming back out.

He is on the touchline watching while sat to Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

Still, he is on an nine-game goal drought and looked frustrated when coming off initially after arguably his own worst performance of the season.

    Son Heung-min

Dominic Solanke to take against his former club? Nope. He hands the ball over to Son Heung-min who cons Kepa and nonchalantly taps it down the middle.

Palmer looked stagnant and was kept quiet after his penalty miss - taking him off makes sense, but so early? Is that first in his Chelsea career? Big shoes for George to fill in.
