Their prop Allan Alaalatoa sustained an ankle injury at training which means New South Wales Waratahs' Tom Robertson replaces him on the bench.
Earlier this week, hooker Jordan Uelese was ruled out with a season-ending knee injury. Debutant Brandon Paenga-Amosa will be at two alongside props Scott Sio and Kepu.

Ireland won't need reminding that for many...OK... several years a meeting against the Wallabies would start with, "You never know, this might be our day" and end with, "Ah well we gave it a go".
But here we are - Saturday, 9 June 2018 - with Australia looking to try to stop the Irish from a third successive win over them.
This match is, of course, on Aussie soil. And the last time the home side came unstuck of their own turf was back in June 1979 when Ollie Campbell's kicking and Colin Patterson's tries helped Ireland to a memorable 2-0 series victory.
No doubt coach Joe Schmidt showed the team framed photos of Campbell and Patterson in Friday's team meeting and yelled, "Hashtag, be them". He might not have.
Enough wittering. Kick-off at 11:00 BST at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium.
