Summary

  1. Postpublished at 16:40 British Summer Time 25 May

    Liverpool 0-1 Crystal Palace

Dean Henderson punches the ball away before he is clattered by Curtis Jones.

Henderson is having a performance very similar to the one he had at Wembley just over a week ago.

  2. Why didn't Dalot shoot?published at 16:40 British Summer Time 25 May

    Man Utd 0-0 Aston Villa

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport chief football news reporter at Old Trafford

That underlined the lack of confidence in this Manchester United team when it comes to scoring goals.

Bruno Fernandes' chipped pass was perfect for Diogo Dalot.

But Dalot, despite having a clear sight at goal, elected to play a first-time pass to Rasmus Hojlund, which was harder to execute than shooting.

The striker had three men round him and the pass went to one of them.

If Dalot is thinking clearly, he meets that first-time and gives Emi Martinez a big problem.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:39 British Summer Time 25 May

    Newcastle 0-0 Everton

Newcastle's Fabian Schar is cautioned for a blatant foul on Carlos Alcaraz and is cautioned.

    The definition of tactical foul.

  4. CLOSE!published at 16:39 British Summer Time 25 May

    Wolves 0-1 Brentford

From one end to the other in the blink of an eye from Brentford!

Yoanne Wissa leads the charge for the visitors and slips in Keane Lewis-Potter, who tries to lift the ball over Wolves keeper Jose Sa, but sees his cheeky attempt end up at the top of the goal.

    On we go.

  6. VAR

Video Assistant Refereepublished at 16:39 British Summer Time 25 May

    Bournemouth 0-0 Leicester

Conor Coady could be sent for an early bath here for denial of a clear goalscoring opportunity.

  7. Postpublished at 16:39 British Summer Time 25 May

    Liverpool 0-1 Crystal Palace

    Take a bow, Dean Henderson!

Mo Salah floats a lovely ball into the path of Luis Diaz who turns and shoots but Henderson saves with his legs and it goes behind for a corner which is easily cleared.

Diaz has had three chances now as he tries to make his mark in the match.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:38 British Summer Time 25 May

    Newcastle 0-0 Everton

Sven Botman again goes close for Newcastle.

A scrappy passage of play at the end of a Sandro Tonali corner sees the ball fall his way. He squrims a low shot off and Pickford denies the effort with his foot.

  10. Postpublished at 16:38 British Summer Time 25 May

    Bournemouth 0-0 Leicester

Evanilson is causing all sorts of problems here as he powers through the pitch and wins his side a free-kick inches out of the box.

Conor Coady could do nothing other than bring the Cherries striker down.

  11. CLOSE!published at 16:37 British Summer Time 25 May

    Newcastle 0-0 Everton

Sven Botman is the latest Newcastle player to test Jordan Pickford.

A fizzed in corner is missed by every Everton defender and Botman, much to his surprise, steers it goalbound.

Pickford does enough to push it over.

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:37 British Summer Time 25 May

    Fulham 0-1 Man City

Tom Cairney has a shot from inside the City box blocked before Andreas Pereira lays the rebound back to the Fulham midfielder, who hits a left-footed effort just wide of Ederson's goal.

  13. 'Going through the motions'published at 16:36 British Summer Time 25 May

    Liverpool 0-1 Crystal Palace

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC 5 Sports Extra Live at Anfield

There doesn't seem to be any urgency from Liverpool. It's almost like they're going through the motions.

  14. Postpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 25 May

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Chelsea

    Ashley Williams
Former Wales defender on Final Score

This game is cagey for obvious reasons, no clear cut chances yet but the intensity is very high.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 25 May

    Ipswich 0-0 West Ham

Max Kilman has received a yellow card for a high arm into the back of Ipswich striker George Hirst.

Perhaps fortunate not to have received a harsher punishment, a challenge not dissimilar to one that saw Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson sent off at Newcastle a couple of weeks ago.

  16. Postpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 25 May

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Chelsea

You get the feeling a goal is needed at the City Ground.

It's all gone quite flat on the pitch.

  17. 'Villa need to buckle down'published at 16:35 British Summer Time 25 May

    Manchester United 0-0 Aston Villa

    Ashley Williams
Former Wales defender on Final Score

I expected Aston Villa to come out with confidence and take control but they haven't at all.

Manchester United have dominated, had lots of chances, but the fear is that if they don't take one Villa will come back into the game.

Villa need to buckle down and see this out.

Manchester City find Jeremy Doku in space of the left wing. He runs at Kenny Tete and tries to bend a shot round the Fulham right-back but it deflects wide for a corner, which is comfortably cleared.

  20. 'Neto has to score'published at 16:34 British Summer Time 25 May

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Chelsea

    Paul Robinson
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at the City Ground

Pedro Neto's got to score. It's a wonderful ball in by Cole Palmer.

It's a really good move by Chelsea. Neto is completely unmarked.

That's real opportunity missed for Chelsea.
