Charlton have a very clear plan to press the Leicester players high up in their own half when they're on the ball and so far it's working.

Conor Coventry and Greg Docherty haven't given the Foxes any room to move in the midfield and when they do turn the ball over the Addicks get players forward quickly and look a threat.

The newly-promoted side haven't looked any closer to conceding their first goal back in the Championship so far.

Aside from Jordan Ayew's effort that went harmlessly wide, it's been an easy afternoon for Charlton keeper Thomas Kaminski so far.

After a dreadful opening 15 minutes suddenly this game has come into life.

Hull are getting pressed down by Blackburn now.

Good battle between Jordan Ayew and Lloyd Jones already, with the Addicks defender this time being penalised after bundling into the forward in midfield.

Nathan Jones is making himself useful, trotting onto the pitch to help remove a foil balloon and streamers which had blown onto the playing surface.

Still cagey stuff from both sides here.

Swansea midfielder Goncalo Franco has a go at goal from outside the box but his powerful effort is off target.

Jordan Ayew manages to get in behind Lloyd Jones for a moment and drives towards the box, Jones manages to get back goal side and forces Ayew to eventually drag a low shot a yard or so wide of Thomas Kaminski's right hand post from just inside the area.

The home side create the first chances of the day.

Leicester have had a lot of the ball in the opening stages but the vast majority of it has been in their own half or on halfway. Charlton are doing a good job of pressing them into errors at the moment.

It's Conor Coventry this time who picks a Leicester pocket in their own half but Miles Leaburn sees a 20-yard blast cannon over the bar off Jannik Vestergaard, and the Foxes are able to deal with Josh Edwards' curling corner.

First notable action of the game sees home midfielder Regan Slater in the book for a foul on Todd Cantwell.

There had been a goal apiece by this stage of Hull City's game at home to Oxford on Sunday.

Not so much excitement in the opening 10 minutes of this one.

Quiet start in this one so far with Swansea enjoying most of the possession.

Bright start to this game, end-to-end stuff with Abdul Fatawu on the right and Jeremy Monga on the left showing quick feet for City and earning their side a corner.
