    It's Jhon Duran again!

On the bench or from the start, Duran just scores goals and this is a lovely finish as he sticks out a boot to hook in a cross.

Villa are on the way to another Champions League victory,

  6. Postpublished at 21:19 British Summer Time 22 October

    Aston Villa 1-0 Bologna

Fantastic driving run by Morgan Rogers. He charges through the middle and for a moment looks to be going all the way but eventually has to pass to Jhon Duran. It gives Bologna that bit of time they needed to get their defence in shape.

  7. 'Arsenal are retreating'published at 21:19 British Summer Time 22 October

  8. 'Great delivery from McGinn'published at 21:17 British Summer Time 22 October

Bologna's goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski is beaten by delivery from Aston Villa's John McGinnImage source, Getty Images

It is a great delivery from John McGinn. He puts it into an area outside the post, curling back in for the players in the middle to attack. There is always a chance that if they miss it then the ball will go into the back of the net. Putting the ball into that areas means that the keeper cannot commit to it and it leaves the ball to carry on through.

  9. Postpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 22 October

    Arsenal 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

"Come on Arsenal" is the chant around the Emirates. They know their side could do with another goal to sure this one up.

    Arsenal 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

    Alex Howell
BBC football news reporter at the Emirates Stadium

Arsenal let off the hook by Eguinaldo who should have played in Zubkov who was in a better position in the box. Shakhtar have come into this game in the last few minutes

  11. Postpublished at 21:16 British Summer Time 22 October

    Aston Villa 1-0 Bologna

    Nick Mashiter
    BBC Sport football news reporter

Either the scoreboard was malfunctioning or someone was having fun. Both of Villa's big screens started to display the score as 2-0 - with John McGinn scoring both - before it went to 3-0 thanks to a McGinn hat-trick.

    The Villa fans enjoyed it.

  12. VAR

Video Assistant Refereepublished at 21:16 British Summer Time 22 October

    Aston Villa 1-0 Bologna

There's a VAR check for handball and a slightly nervous wait for Villa fans, but the goal stands. The hosts lead 1-0 and Villa Park is bouncing again!

  13. Megs!published at 21:16 British Summer Time 22 October

    PSG 1-1 PSV

Ohhhh it's a howler from PSV keeper Walter Benitez! Right-back Achraf Hakimi drills in a shot from 25 yards or so but it's straight at the keeper and he somehow lets the ball whistle through his legs and in.

  14. goal

GOAL - Aston Villa 1-0 Bolognapublished at 55 mins

    John McGinn

    The hosts have the lead!

And it's John McGinn from a free-kick! He whips the ball in, no-one gets a touch and it bounces into the back of the net.

Bologna players are fuming, they feel they should have had a free-kick before Villa got the set piece.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:13 British Summer Time 22 October

  17. 'Martinelli put the burners on'published at 21:13 British Summer Time 22 October

    Arsenal 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

The way that Arsenal have defended you cannot see Shakhtar Donetsk carving them open.

Martinelli put the burners on and you thought he might have pinched it off Dmytro Riznyk.

  18. Stuttgart have goal ruled outpublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 22 October

    Juventus 0-0 Stuttgart

VfB Stuttgart's Deniz Undav reacts after scoring a goal that was later disallowedImage source, Reuters

Stuttgart have put the ball in the net, but it's been ruled out!

Deniz Undav gets a long ball over the top under control before hammering in a volley straight after the restart.

But, what's this? It appears the ex-Brighton man handled the ball. It's close, is it the arm? Is it the shoulder?

The officials go with arm and the goal is disallowed.

  19. Postpublished at 21:10 British Summer Time 22 October

    Arsenal 1-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

Kai Havertz fizzes a ball across the box but there's no one there to get the tap in and it comes across to Gabriel Martinelli on the right. His powerful strike is well saved by Dmytro Riznyk and out for a corner, which comes to nothing.

  20. 'Bailey should be hitting the target'published at 21:10 British Summer Time 22 October

    Aston Villa 0-0 Bologna

    Ally McCoist
Former Rangers striker on TNT Sports

Leon Bailey is a little bit unlucky there. A great diagonal ball which is nodded down by Ezri Konsa and Bailey should be hitting the target. Dear me it is very close.
