Yang Hyun-jun is on in place of the Japanese forward.

  12. Postpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 18 August

    Motherwell 1-0 Kilmarnock

Motherwell survive a horror show at the back.

A lapse of concentration by Ewan Wilson as his pass is to nobody. Bobby Wales intercepts and threads through Kyle Vassell.

The striker's effort is blocked and the rebounding shots are wayward.

    What a chance.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers looks like he's enjoying his afternoon - and little wonder. Some applause for the manager for the latest Celtic attack as the home side goes in search of a goal that would completely put this tie to bed.

He also has good options on the bench, with the likes of Luis Palma, Paulo Bernardo and Hyunjun Yang all warming up

  15. 'A shocking goal to lose'published at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 August

    Celtic 3-1 Hibernian

    Scott Allan
Former Celtic & Hibernian midfielder on BBC Sportsound

Ekpiteta did that last week and against St Mirren the week before.

They do not look comfortable playing out from the back. They look better being more pragmatic and getting contact on Celtic players by going long.

It's a shocking goal for Hibs to lose.

  16. YELLOW CARD Deas (Kilmarnock)published at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 August

    Motherwell 1-0 Kilmarnock

Robbie Deas is shown a yellow card for clattering into Lennon Miller when attacking in the box.

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

As if Hibs' day wasn't difficult enough - 3-1 down away to the Champions - they'll now have to deal with Celtic's near-£10m man. What a reception for Adam Idah as the striker comes on for James Forrest after the Republic of Ireland striker's return from Norwich City.

  18. Horrible mistake from Hibspublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 18 August

    Celtic 3-1 Hibernian

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Goodness me. All of Hibs' good work in the last half hour or so of the match is completely undone by an absolute gift of a goal. A horrible mix-up in the Hibs defence.

    Motherwell 1-0 Kilmarnock

Fifteen minutes for Kilmarnock to keep their League Cup campaign alive.

  20. GOAL Celtic 3-1 Hibernianpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 18 August

    Nicholas Kuhn

Calamity for Hibs! A complete gift - and not for the first time this season.

Centre-back Marvin Ekpiteta leaves a pass square to his goalkeeper short, which invites pressure from Nicolas Kuhn.

Joef Bursik then scrambles and hits the ball off the winger and the ball spins into the net.

Truly terrible stuff from the visitors, who have been good since scoring.
