    Bryan Mbeumo (90+5 mins)

Incredible scenes at the Community Stadium!

It's been an afternoon of late drama. Bryan Mbeumo surges down the right-hand side. He drifts in and it looks like a cross but it flies into the back of the net!

    Where was Arijanet Muric?!

    WHAT. DRAMA.

  6. 'Bournemouth have deserved that equaliser'published at 16:59 British Summer Time

    Aston Villa 1-1 Bournemouth

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Premier League striker on Final Score

The ball is brilliant from James Tavernier and Evanilson does well to get in front of his marker to reach the ball and nod it across Emi Martinez and into the far post. Bournemouth have deserved that equaliser.

  7. 'Where's the marking?'published at 16:59 British Summer Time

    FT: Aston Villa 1-1 Bournemouth

    Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

Credit to Tavernier because the ball in is exceptional.

It's absolutely on the money. Evanilson with a deep run and times it perfectly. It ends up in the far back post and it is a quite brilliant header.

But where is the marking? Who is picking him up?

Tunde: Ipswich level with a man down! Least they deserve in that game after being 2 up

  10. Postpublished at 16:58 British Summer Time

    Brentford 3-3 Ipswich

I keep forgetting that Ipswich are a man down. They certainly haven't played like they've been hampered.

Sticking with it to find the equaliser and still right in it at the end.

    Brentford 3-3 Ipswich

Nathan Collins volleys one over the bar late on as both sides continue to probe for a winner.

  12. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:57 British Summer Time

    Man City 1-0 Southampton

Job done for Manchester City. Frustration for Erling Haaland who could've had a hatful but it's his early goal that wraps up three points for City.

A solid defensive performance for Southampton but they remain without a win.

Phil Foden threads through for Erling Halaand and the Norwegian can't take it round keeper Aaron Ramsdale. Good goalkeeping as the Saints shot stopper comes out to smother the ball.

John Stones is coming on for Rico Lewis - more late heroics from the defender?

    WOW!

Brighton had a four on one attack but lost the ball and Tommy Doyle plays a superb pass to set up a Wolves attack. Matheus Cunha gets into the box and drives in via a deflection.

    Aston Villa 1-0 Bournemouth

    Stephen Warnock

Bournemouth are trying to push Aston Villa at the end of this game.

I wonder whether the changes Unai Emery has made have made Villa less effective. They are struggling for control here.
