The ball is played up to Igor Thiago but in comes Nikola Milenkovic with a hard tackle to leave the Brentford striker in a heap before setting his side on the attack.

Great defending from the big man.

What has been impressive from Estevao is he only has a slight frame and the two times he has got the ball he has held players off. He has strong upper body strength.

  5. Postpublished at 15:26 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

It opens nicely for Morgan Gibbs-White again but this time he smashes it high and wide.

Forgotten how boring this Chelsea team can be to watch under Maresca. Put it down to lack of pre season but I gave up a sunny Sunday afternoon for this 💤

  8. 'Acrobatic skill from Gibbs-White'published at 15:25 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

    Rachel Corsie
Former Scotland and Aston Villa captain on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

That could have almost been contender for goal of the season in the first weekend. It is probably only about four feet in the air and it was really good, acrobatic skill from Gibbs-White. A really good effort just over the bar.

  9. Postpublished at 15:24 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

Morgan Gibbs-White has been everywhere this afternoon.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:24 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

That could've been the goal of the season award wrapped up already!

Callum Hudson-Odoi beats his man and digs out a cross. Morgan Gibbs-White, with very little time, spins and connects perfectly on an overhead kick but it just sails over.

It has been a very quiet afternoon for centre-forward Joao Pedro, making his first Premier League appearance for Chelsea following his summer move from Brighton, but he has a chance here, only to send a header over following a corner.

Brentford lost the entire spine of their team over the summer. Surely this situation was tailor made for Jordan Henderson to start? Very odd from Keith Andrews to leave him on the bench.

  13. 'Brentford huffing and puffing, Forest resolute'published at 15:22 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

    Rachel Corsie
Former Scotland and Aston Villa captain on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Brentford are huffing and puffing but they have found it difficult to get momentum. It's not bad but it's almost a half and half. They are playing out a bit but have found it hard to get momentum or flow.

Forest look happy to be very resolute, trust the back line and know that any time Brentford do have the ball they carry the threat and can transition quickly.

  14. Postpublished at 15:22 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

Callum Hudson-Odoi decides to let fly from a fair way out and he connects well but Caoimhin Kelleher deals with it easily enough.

  15. Postpublished at 15:20 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

That is what you want. Estevao has come off the bench and made an impact.

The Chelsea faithful will be all over him if he carries on doing that.

  16. Postpublished at 15:20 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Estevao Willian, the hugely exciting 18-year-old Brazilian winger, is on for Chelsea, replacing Jamie Gittens.

Estevao then almost makes an instant impact with a bright run down the right, before play is brought back for an earlier foul, but the Chelsea free-kick comes to nothing as it goes into the wall.

  17. Postpublished at 15:20 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

More threat from Kevin Schade as he breaks into the box again but Nikola Milenkovic resists a challenge. It breaks to Fabio Carvalho on the edge of the box but he drills it over the top.

  18. Postpublished at 15:18 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

Keane Lewis-Potter looks to release Fabio Carvalho but Usain Bolt wouldn't have caught up to that pass.

  19. Postpublished at 15:17 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Jean-Philippe Mateta is another one who has to be careful. He was booked in the first half after clattering into Josh Acheampong and he is now late and clumsy when bringing down Moises Caicedo.

Darren England keeps his cards in his pocket, but Mateta may have been worried then.

  20. Postpublished at 15:17 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

The introduction of Kevin Schade has given Brentford more of an attacking threat here as he spreads it wide but the counter breaks down.
