Reece James should not have come out for the second half. Brilliant player but Eze has had him on toast all game. One more foul and he's off.

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

Mathias Jensen sends in a long throw that is headed clear to Keane Lewis-Potter on the edge of the box. He tries to loop a header over the top of Matz Sels but there's just too much on it.

  4. 'Collins in all sorts of troublepublished at 15:14 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

    Rachel Corsie
Former Scotland and Aston Villa captain on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Collins gets himself in all sorts of trouble there. He could go back to his keeper but he spins the other way and kind of feels under a bit of pressure and he doesn't fool anybody. In the end he has to make the foul himself.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:13 British Summer Time

I truly believe that Brentford have been so smart in the past with it's signings and appointments. This summer has completely reversed that. A manager with 0 experience, no replacement for a 50+ goal scoring front three and not a single adjustment in game to try and improve in the 1st half. It's going to be a very long season.

  7. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:12 British Summer Time

A threat from Brentford as Fabio Carvalho finds a cross and it's headed out to Keane Lewis-Potter on the edge of the box but he drills it wide.

  9. 'Chelsea need to be quick on the ball'published at 15:10 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Steve Sidwell
Former Chelsea midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live at Stamford Bridge

Crystal Palace love getting into their team shape and if you don't move them around then they're happy with that. Chelsea need to be quick on the ball.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:10 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Moises Caicedo is too skillful for Will Hughes, who resorts to grabbing the shirt of the Chelsea man with a blatant foul. An easy yellow for referee Darren England to show Hughes, and he does.

Enzo and Gittens both very off it. Santos and Estevao both need come on at HT. Wharton running the show at the moment. Lack of pre-season really showing for us right now…

No changes at the break from either side, Will.

  13. Postpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

Dan Ndoye has been involved in everything for Forest so far this afternoon and he looks to link with Elliot Anderson again but the flag goes up.

Looks a really shrewd signing for Forest.

  14. 'Andrews needs to see a reaction'published at 15:08 British Summer Time

    Nottingham Forest 3-0 Brentford

    Rachel Corsie
Former Scotland and Aston Villa captain on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Keith Andrews needs to see a reaction from his team. They have got to try and just win this half now, or certainly not lose it. The first half was far too open, they conceded too much, not just goals and chances but that sense of pride and winning your battles.

Chelsea's rollout of the new digital ticketing system was riddled with errors on the first day of the Premier League as fans complained that the system simply wasn't working.

The club have now released a statement which reads: "The club is aware there were some issues with the ticketing system for approximately 30 minutes, between 12.30pm and 1pm, before today’s Premier League match against Crystal Palace.

"We will do everything we can to ensure this does not happen again. We apologise to supporters who were affected by this and thank them for their patience. The issue was resolved, and all ticketed supporters were admitted to the stadium safely in time for kick-off."

  17. 'The rule has been applied properly'published at 15:07 British Summer Time

    Chelsea 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Micah Richards
Former Man City defender on Sky Sports

On Eberechi Eze's disallowed free-kick: "I just feel like VAR is anti goal. They've applied the laws, you've got to give them respect for doing that and finding these little details. We've seen this so many times where people are scuffling. If you apply the rules and the letter of the law, it is the correct decision so even if we don't like it, the rule has been applied properly."
