    And breathe....

Sheffield Wednesday have been swarming the Preston final third in hopes of a leveller and it's taken some solid defending from the home side to keep the visitors at bay.

The Owls earn themselves a corner but lose defender Dominic Iorfa to injury and will need to be replaced soon after the set piece is taken.

    Norwich 0-1 QPR

Borja Sainz is the key threat for Norwich City in this match as the hosts try to find a goal.

QPR are playing the ball out from deep and Sainz robs visting keeper Paul Nardi of possession.

After raising the blood pressure of everyone looking on, Nardi then breathes a sigh of relief as Sainz' shot hits the side netting.

Brave defending keeps West Bromwich Albion level.

Darnell Furlong challenges for the header to prevent Sheffield United's Kieffer Moore from getting to the ball, and Torbjorn Heggem does enough to stop Blades midfielder Tom Davies from succeeding with an audacious attempt at an overhead kick.

Striker Rhian Brewster - who was dropped to the bench today - is on in place of midfielder Sydie Peck for the hosts.

    Preston 2-1 Sheff Wed

Wednesday substitute Ike Ugbo jogs on and in a flash is setting up Josh Windass for an opportunity at goal.

It's tasty but Windass can only find the gloves of Preston keeper Freddie Woodman with his shot.

The forward's head is in his hands.

That was a big chance and he knows it.

O'Hare is about to shoot, but goes over under pressure from West Bromwich Albion's Ousmane Diakite.

The hosts think that is a penalty, but the referee waves the appeal away.

    Sheffield United 1-1 WBA

Sheffield United have not had a touch in the away side's penalty area in the opening 15 minutes of this second half.

West Bromwich Albion are first to every second ball and look hungry in attack.

How long before Blades boss Chris Wilder makes changes as we reach the half-hour mark?

The problem is, he is limited in options due to injuries, perhaps that could play into the hands of the visitors late in the game.
