    Goalless at the break.

West Brom have dominated possession and looked the more likely throughout the opening 45 minutes but Millwall came close to taking the lead just before half-time.

The last two meetings between these sides at The Hawthorns have ended 0-0... fingers crossed that changes in the second-half!

    West Brom 0-0 Millwall

    Steve Hermon
    Reporter, BBC Radio WM

    Another brilliant chance for Milwall!

Femi Azeez, any sort of touch and it would have been 1-0 Millwall.

  3. CLOSE!published at 15:49 British Summer Time 5 October

    West Brom 0-0 Millwall

A big chance for Millwall on the stroke of half-time.

Femi Azeez tries to steer in a cross from the left but can't quite get on the end of it.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 5 October

    Plymouth 1-0 Blackburn

Michael Obafemi's 15th-minute opener after good work from Morgan Whittaker and Ibrahim Cissoko is the difference at the break.

After scoring his first for the club the on-loan Burnley man almost added a second while Mahktar Gueye has seen a goal chalked-off for offside at the other end and seen another shot hacked off the line by Lewis Gibson.

Good entertainment at Home Park but work for Rovers to do to get back in this one.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 5 October

    Swansea 0-0 Stoke

No goals, but not tor the lack of trying.

Viktor Johansson has been kept very busy in the Potters goal while Lawrence Vigouroux, his opposite number, was needed to deny Eric Bocat too.

Surely not the first goalless draw between these two in 41 matches dating back to March 1962?

    We'll find out soon enough.

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 5 October

    Sheff Utd 1-0 Luton

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi of Sheffield United scores the opening goal 1-0 and celebratesImage source, Rex Features

The unbeaten home side have the lead in this battle between two teams relegated from the top flight last season through a goal from birthday boy Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.

As it stands, the Blades will be ending the day in second and the Hatters in the relegation zone.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 5 October

    Watford 0-0 Middlesbrough

All-square between these two promotion-chasing sides.

Middlesbrough have enjoyed the better of the first-half but Watford have looked dangerous on the counter-attack.

Finn Azaz and Emmanuel Latte Lath have both had good chances for the visitors, while Tom Ince came closest for the Hornets following a quick breakaway.

Can either side find a winner to lift themselves into the play-off spots in the second 45?

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:45 British Summer Time 5 October

    Swansea 0-0 Stoke

Ji-Sung Eom is the latest Swansea man to be denied by Potters stopper Viktor Johansson after cutting inside from the left and firing in a fine right-footed shot.

The Swede is the main reason the deadlock remains intact shortly before the break.

  9. Postpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 5 October

    Coventry 1-0 Sheff Wed

    Rob Staton
    BBC Radio Sheffield

The game has gone a bit stop-start.

In the last five minutes or so Coventry have hardly had the ball.

  10. CLOSE!published at 15:41 British Summer Time 5 October

    Plymouth 1-0 Blackburn

The hosts are back on the attack at Home Park and Darko Gyabi latches onto a touch from Rami Al Hajj and drives through before fizzing a left-footed shot narrowly past the base of the upright.

  11. Postpublished at 15:41 British Summer Time 5 October

    Watford 0-0 Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough are knocking on the door but have nothing to show for the inroads they've made so far.

Another chance comes the way of Emmanuel Latte Lath who heads over after a great ball into the box by Finn Azaz.

  12. Postpublished at 15:40 British Summer Time 5 October

    Swansea 0-0 Stoke

Swans continue to press and Matt Grimes has seen a shot charged down on the edge of the box while Goncalo Franco's nodded the ball over the bar later in the move.

  13. Postpublished at 15:39 British Summer Time 5 October

    West Brom 0-0 Millwall

West Brom have continued to dominate a huge chunk of possession but can't find a breakthrough against a resolute Millwall.

The Lions will certainly be the happier of the two sides on the balance of play.

Edging into the closing stages of the first-half. Can anyone break the deadlock?

  14. CLOSE!published at 15:38 British Summer Time 5 October

    Plymouth 1-0 Blackburn

Michael Obafemi comes close to his second, and Plymouth's second, as he beats Danny Baath to a bouncing ball and keeps his balance before dragging a shot across the face of Aynsley Pears' goal.

  15. Postpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 5 October

    Coventry 1-0 Sheff Wed

Ben Wilson makes a super safe in the home goal to deny Shea Charles from close in.

  16. Postpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 5 October

    Swansea 0-0 Stoke

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

This has been a very watchable first half between Swansea and Stoke, who've each had plenty of chances.

Goals have been an issue for the Swans this season, mustering just eight from their opening eight league games.

Six of Stoke's 10 Championship goals this campaign came during their midweek thumping of Portsmouth, meanwhile.

You can see why the two sides have been found wanting in front of goal this season. The chances are there, it's just the finishing often is not up to scratch.

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:36 British Summer Time 5 October

    Swansea 0-0 Stoke

As close as we've come. Swansea's Ronald brings down a cross from the left and fizzes in a low show which creeps inches past the base of Viktor Johansson's post with the keeper beaten.

Stoke riding their luck a little.

  18. 'Dangerous from Ahmedhodzic'published at 15:36 British Summer Time 5 October

    Sheff Utd 1-0 Luton

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 Live at Bramall Lane

If Anel Ahmedhodzic had lost that ball in this game last season, I'm not sure he'd still be on the pitch.

Dallying, dispossessed and dangerous in his lunge on Elijah Adebayo.

He's got a yellow but having seen the slo-mo, it wasn't good.

But hey, no need to call on Stockley Park review, the EFL is a VAR-free zone!

  19. Postpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 5 October

    Sheff Utd 1-0 Luton

The home side bossing this in terms of possession but not really creating too much.

Anel Ahmedhodzic is in the book for the hosts for a pretty poor challenge on Elijah Adebayo.

  20. Postpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 5 October

    Derby 0-0 QPR

Veteran defender Jimmy Dunne has been putting his head in the way for years and it's come to the rescue again for the Rs as he deflects Nathaniel Mendez-Laing's strike from the left away from danger.
