  2. The Brewers heading for a second roundpublished at 16:20 GMT 1 November

    Burton Albion 3-0 St Albans

    Adam Whitty
    BBC Radio Leicester

This game, for large parts, has been in the balance. The score doesn't show it though.

I was told as I arrived that Charlie Webster was the man to watch for Burton, and his two goals, both of real quality, have put them beyond their seventh tier opponents.

However, St Albans were in this for large parts, and seconds before Burton doubled their lead, they should have scored. Close margins decide cup ties.

Burton are pouring forward now and are close to adding a fourth. St Albans have conceded 32 goals in their past five FA Cup ties against Football League opponents - I fear this could go the same way.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:19 GMT 1 November

    AFC Wimbledon 0-2 Gateshead

More changes from Johnnie Jackson as he seeks to keep the Dons from losing in the first round for just the second time in 10 attempts.

Myles Hippolyte and Marcus Browne are on with Callum Maycock and Antwoine Hackford withdrawn.

    Grimsby 1-1 Ebbsfleet

    Gary Croft
Former Grimsby defender on BBC Radio Humberside

Danny Rose couldn't really miss from there, he had the goal at his mercy.

It was a missed shot the first time but the second hit just dropped right, and somehow it is in the perfect place for the shot.

  5. CLOSE!published at 16:19 GMT 1 November
