ET: Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

    Aaron McLean
    Ex-Peterborough striker on BBC Two

Brackley are having more than a go - they are the team that's in the ascendancy.

At this moment it's about concentration - don't be the person that makes the mistake that costs your team. They have worked so hard and they have to continue to do that.

They have given a fantastic account of themselves, now they need to go one step further.

  2. 'Both teams were cautious in that half'published at 19:52 GMT 1 November

ET: Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

    Mark Stallard
Former Notts County striker on BBC Radio Nottingham

Penalties is in both sets of players' minds.

Both teams were cautious in that half, not many crosses and attacks were seen.

It's all about who can show some quality.

Fifteen minutes to come as both sides look for a way to avoid penalties.

  4. Postpublished at 19:48 GMT 1 November

ET: Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

Good strong hold up play from Matt Lowe plays Danny Waldron in on the left but the substitute wastes the opportunity ballooning an effort high over the bar.

A minute of the first period of extras to go.

  5. Postpublished at 19:44 GMT 1 November

ET: Brackley Twon 2-2 Notts County

Tyler Lyttle has been excellent with his delivery from the right and he fires in another cross which is cleared to the edge of the area where Callum Stewart hooks his shot to the left of the goal.

ET: Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

Notts County have started extra time with the majority of the possession with the hosts looking happy to sit back and conserve energy.

Waiting for penalties might be a dangerous strategy if that is what they are doing particularly given they rattled the men in green when they pressed.

    Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

    Mark Stallard
Former Notts County striker on BBC Radio Nottingham

It's nothing more than Brackley deserve.

They've given Notts some mighty scares.

And we have extras at St James Park as Brackley's last-minute penalty delivers a twist.

Brackley will feel that late piece of luck was well deserved after the penalty given against them and the disallowed goal.

And it has given them momentum now with Notts County needing to up their game if they are to nick this.

  9. 'A composed penalty'published at 19:26 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 2-2 Notts County

    Mark Stallard
Former Notts County striker on BBC Radio Nottingham

It's point blank, there's not too much of an appeal from Notts.

Cool and calm finish, it's sent to his left.

    A composed penalty.

GOAL: Brackley Town 2-2 Notts Countypublished at 19:25 GMT 1 November

    Callum Stewart (90+6 pen)

Ollie Norburn is penalised for a handball as Tyler Lyttle tries to cross from the right side of the area. Callum Stewart holds his nerve to send this into extra time surely.

Notts County were within seconds of making the second round but that is the right call from the referee Ben Atkinson.

Norburn was close to Lyttle's cross but his arm was up in an unnatural position and blocked the delivery.

  11. Postpublished at 19:22 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

Tyler Little has slung a superb cross from the right but nobody gambles on the delivery being quite that good and it drifts past everyone.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:21 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

Zak Brown is the final throw of the dice for Brackley as he replaces an exhausted looking Shane Byrne, who leaves the action.

  13. Postpublished at 19:20 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

Kelle Roos nearly gifts a chance to Brackley but just about gets the ball off the toe of the advancing forward.

That is a nervy moment but aside from that the League Two side are taking the sting out of this contest.

There will be six minutes of extras to come.

  14. 'The substitutions have been distractions for Brackley'published at 19:12 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

    Mark Stallard

Notts have managed the game well here.

I think the substitutions have been distractions for Brackley.

  15. Postpublished at 19:12 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

Fireworks continue behind the Brackley goal but there are none at the other end unfortunately for the National League side.

Eight minutes of normal time to go and time is running out for the hosts.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 19:09 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

Brackley have gone to a 4-2-3-1 formation with those subs as manager Gavin Cowan looks to bend the tie their way.

    But there are more changes.

Will Jarvis and Maz Kouhyar replace Jodi Jones and Scott Robertson for Notts County while Jack Price is replaced by Connor Hall for Brackley.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 19:04 GMT 1 November

    Brackley Town 1-2 Notts County

An impressive fireworks display goes off behind Jonny Maxted's goal as Danny Waldron replaces Michael Nottingham and Morgan Roberts is off for Callum Stewart.

Maybe they do that every time there is a substitution at St James Park.
