You cannot see the roof of Selhurst Park from within the press box, so I couldn't be sure where that shot from Ibrahim Sangare ended up.

The cheers of the Palace fans let me know it was not where the Forest midfielder wanted it to finish.

Yankuba Minteh is causing problems down the Brighton right but he needs to watch the line. Second time he's been flagged offside now.

There's a real energy, determination and drive about Forest.

They are attacking in waves and skipper Morgan Gibbs-White is at the centre of most of their better moves.

Iliman Ndiaye has already shown some lovely touched but one battle that could be key here is Brighton's Yankuba Minteh against James Garner. Garner has been pressed into service as an emergency left-back because of injuries and Brighton will surely be looking to exploit Minteh's searing pace in that area.

The Brighton fans in the corner to the left of the stadium will be pleased with how their side have weathered the storm so far as Yasin Ayari links well before firing straight at Jordan Pickford.

There is a comfort about Brighton. They have a very settled side at the moment and they are getting the ball into the wide areas into those dangerous wingers.

Yankuba Minteh skips past James Garner wide left and cuts a ball back into the box but no team-mate is there to latch on to it.

That was tidy play from the Seagulls.

Get the ball into Jean-Philippe Mateta, and soon as Mateta gets the ball players are making a run off him.

Brilliant from Ismaila Sarr. Mateta has got so much better with his hold up play. Sarr delivers it into a dangerous area, but nobody gambles.

Brighton are wearing a lovely purple number today. Only problem is that the white names and numbers on the back are barely visible!
