  3. FPL Gameweek 37 set to be a thrillerpublished at 15:32 British Summer Time 16 May

    FPL Q&A with FPL Heisenberg

Welcome to the penultimate FPL Q&A of the season and it's such an important week to get right.

If you're in the title race in your mini-league or chasing overall rank, we'll help you decided who to sign, whether to play it safe or go for broke with some major punts.

The great thing about this week is that there is not a standout, consensus captain pick... and that means big point swings are possible.

  9. 'I'm just the one who's going to shut the door on the way out!'published at 15:08 British Summer Time 16 May

Everton v Southampton (Sun, 12:00 BST)

    Everton

Everton boss David Moyes on how he is balancing the emotions of leaving Goodison Park this week: "There are a lot of people who are a bit more wise and knowledgeable about Everton and Goodison Park than I am. There is some great history, great stories, great managers and great players who have all been here - I'm just the one who's going to shut the door on the way out!

"It will be sad, but we are moving into something that is going to give us a bigger and better future.

"I think all the Evertonians have been waiting for this moment for quite some time now. The new stadium is something everybody has been looking forward to. It will be a sad and emotional day but I've got to keep the players focused on the game."

On his personal Goodison Park highlight: "Undoubtedly my arrival, the first time. The first day and coming onto the pitch against Fulham is probably it for me because that was the start.

"There were question marks over how long it would last but I had really good people who let me get on with my job and gave me everything I needed.

"That is the moment I remember out of everything."

Alex at 1:02 - no hate towards City, always enjoy watching them play. But it’s laughable you think that it wouldn’t mean more to Palace to win. Honestly, would be top three days of my life if we pull it off, after my wedding and daughter’s birth. How many City fans do you think would say that if you win tomorrow?

    Josh, Croydon

  14. 'This is why we play football'published at 14:54 British Summer Time 16 May

Crystal Palace v Man City (Sat, 16:30 BST)

    Crystal Palace

Oliver Glasner on the feelgood factor at Crystal Palace: "We want to enjoy this moment. It's a great time for the club, it's a great time for all of us, it's a great time for our fans, having such a successful period at the end of the season.

"We are playing for silverware, that's not common. I can't see any reason why we shouldn't enjoy it.

On the mood in training: "It was great to watch them [the players training]. Nobody looked nervous, everybody was focused but also laughing and having fun together - this is why we play football."

  15. 'I am not going to talk one second about the future'published at 14:51 British Summer Time 16 May

Crystal Palace v Man City (Sat,16.30 BST)

    Manchester City

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola on if a signing like Florian Wirtz would be the perfect start to the club's recruitment: "This is not the time to talk about that. Before the final of the FA Cup, I have 24 exceptional players. I am not going to talk one second about the future."

And on if he learns more from a final loss or a final win after winning and losing the FA Cup final in the past two seasons: "First of all I want to thank the fans for wanting to come and support us. Winning is much better than losing. But you learn from the losing, last season was special because three or four days before we won the Premier League for the fourth time in a row so maybe our mindset was not perfect.

"The team didn't have bad play, some decisions went against us. We lost it, in finals it happens. It was important we were there and again one year later we are there again."

Ah, I really thought I'd go a whole shift without a mistake!

Turns out we weren't fully done transcribing both Oliver Glasner and Pep Guardiola's press conferences.

I've moved us on too early. Briefly back to our FA Cup chat. Sorry....

  17. 'Chiesa deserves more playing time'published at 14:46 British Summer Time 16 May

Brighton v Liverpool (Mon, 20:00 BST)

    Liverpool

Liverpool boss Arne Slot on the lack of game time for winger Federico Chiesa: "In terms of the quality then he deserves more playing time at this club or whatever club he is playing for.

[Mo Salah, Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo] all deserved the confidence that I had in them and I hardly ever changed that set up."

  18. Alexander-Arnold reaction 'positive and negative'published at 14:43 British Summer Time 16 May

Brighton v Liverpool (Mon, 20:00 BST)

    Liverpool

Liverpool boss Arne Slot on if Trent Alexander-Arnold's departure will affect title celebrations: "We had the reaction by our fans which was positive and negative. All the pundits and the country talked about it.

"Now is time to draw a line under it and focus now on the fact we won the Premier League and enjoy that feeling.

"Not being distracted or talk about Trent's situation."

  19. 'It will probably be the story in the media'published at 14:40 British Summer Time 16 May

Brighton v Liverpool (Mon, 20:00 BST)

    Liverpool

Liverpool boss Arne Slot on giving his players time off after Sunday's 2-2 draw with Arsenal: "If we can’t get a result there then that has nothing to do with players enjoying a few days off but it will probably be the story in the media.

"We felt this [three days training] was a good way of preparing for Monday. They deserved a few days off as it has been a very long season."

  20. Too 'early' to decide if Alexander-Arnold will playpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 16 May

Brighton v Liverpool (Mon, 20:00 BST)

    Liverpool

Liverpool boss Arne Slot on if Trent Alexander-Arnold will be involved in the final two games: "I have not spoken to Trent yet as we are only back in today.

"It is the first time training after a few days off so it is quite early to say what a team or squad would look like for Monday."
