  1. CLOSE!published at 18:39 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January

    Coventry 1-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Good effort! Ellis Simms again ragdolls his man on the left and gets Coventry away, a cross is half cleared and falls for Brandon Thomas-Asante just inside the area. The former Salford man lashes in a half-volley but it's always climbing and flies over the top.

  2. Salford punishedpublished at 18:37 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January

    HT: Man City 3-0 Salford

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport's chief football news reporter at the Etihad Stadium

Kylian Kouassi should have halved the deficit for Salford but contrived to turn Hakeeb Adelakun's superb cross away from goal even though he was in a central position barely six yards out.

Minutes later, they concede a third to another pin-point shot, this time from youngster Nico O'Reilly.

Salford can't afford to get disheartened. If their heads drop it could turn nasty score line wise.

If Leeds can't break down a team two divisions below them, it does not bode well for their long term future. It seems to be a problem that Daniel Farke can't solve.

    Paul Robinson
Former Leeds United goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

From Harrogate's point of view they will be absolutely delighted. The resilience and defensive stability they have shown - they have sat very deep and soaked up a lot of Leeds United pressure. You can't help but think it's only a matter of time. The goal has got to come for Leeds after half-time.

  7. Postpublished at 18:34 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January

    Coventry 1-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Jack Rudoni brings Coventry away on the attack but his pass out wide is poor and takes all the impetus out of the break. Rudoni gets the ball back but can only serve up a tame lob into the middle that is easily cleared. The home crowd make their feelings known.

  11. Postpublished at 18:30 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January

    Coventry 1-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Wednesday's best moment so far as a long ball down the line frees Svante Ingelsson into the area. He looks up and puts in a cross/shot that is a tester but Coventry keeper Oliver Dovin does well to slide out and grasp it.

    Jack GrealishImage source, Getty Images

As a neutral in this game, but an England fan, sad to see Grealish any time he gets the ball looking sideways or backwards. He may have won some medals but he's lost his spark.

    Rod, Hereford

Grealish has really regressed at City. I think he needs to move on. Get back to the player he once was.
