  1. SECOND HALFpublished at 13:44 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

The game in Cambridge is back under way.

For a short while anyway, until Gas goalscorer Luke Thomas hits the deck and needs treatment.

  2. 'Swindon are committing bodies forward'published at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Notts County 2-0 Swindon

    Mark Stallard
Former Notts County striker on BBC Radio Nottingham

Swindon are still committing bodies forward and Notts County have to be careful because if Swindon can counter they will have a good chance of scoring.

Notts County just haven't been at the races so far in this second half.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Notts County 2-0 Swindon

Ian Holloway made three changes at the break for Swindon as they look to find a way back into this game.

Tunmise Sobowale, Danny Butterworth and Ollie Clarke are on with George Cox, Gavin Kilkenny and Paul Glatzel making way.

  4. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:43 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Burton 0-0 Northampton

Wow, Burton are almost in front!

A ball comes into the box and Rumarn Burrell challenges for it in the air. It somehow squirms towards goal and keeper Nik Tzanev has to scamper across to parry it out for Northampton.

It's all Brewers at the moment

  5. GREAT SAVES!published at 13:42 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Bradford 0-0 Grimsby

Bradford forward Antoni Sarcevic gets himself into a one-on-one with Mariners keeper Jordan Wright but doesn't win the battle.

Bobby Pointon picks up the ricochet and his shot seems destined for the net but somehow Wright's catlike reactions denies a striped shirt yet again.

    Phenomenal stuff from the keeper!

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:40 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Burton 0-0 Northampton

Some signs of promise in this second half for Burton as they win a corner.

Elliot Watt floats it in and it's cleared to Jack Armer on the edge of the box who squeezes an effort on target but Nik Tzanev is down well to save low to his right in the Northampton goal.

  7. CLOSE!published at 13:38 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Burton 0-0 Northampton

Rumarn Burrell does well for Burton on the right to win the ball and gets to the byeline. He lays it back to Nick Akoto who then tees it up for Billy Bodin to have a crack.

His effort is going wide but Dylan Williams almost manages to nod it in at the back post.

Just grazes over him and out for a goal-kick. Good chance for Burton, though.

  8. Postpublished at 13:34 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Bradford 0-0 Grimsby

Grimsby haven't really got going so far but some fancy footwork from Jason Dadi Svanthorsson will help matters.

He gives the Mariners a chance to go on a fast break but Danny Rose is brought down and play is sent back to still the counter-attack.

  9. Postpublished at 13:33 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Burton 0-0 Northampton

Northampton win a free-kick in a promising position at the start of the half. Mitch Pinnock whips it in from the left and Liam Shaw gets on the end of it with his head but can only glance it well wide.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:32 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

Burton boss Gary Bowyer has made a change for the hosts at half-time.

Billy Bodin is introduced in place of Charlie Webster.

  11. Second halfpublished at 13:32 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    #bbcefl

Back under way between Burton and Northampton in League One. Notts County and Swindon will also be off and running for the second half in their League Two game shortly.

Cambridge and Bristol Rovers' game had eight minutes added on in the first half for the referee and fourth official to swap over, so it'll be a little while before that one resumes.

  12. 'A good away performance so far'published at 13:30 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    HT: Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

    Lee Mansell
Former Bristol Rovers midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

No two halves are ever the same and there is going to be a Cambridge onslaught at some point.

Rovers have been good for the majority of this first half, they have been confident in moving the ball forward, a good away performance so far.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:27 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

The Gas lead the fixture in the bottom half through a Luke Thomas header but there's still all to play for at the Abbey Stadium.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:26 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

It's getting a little tetchy now.

Gas forward Ruel Sotiriou and U's defender Michael Morrison get into a little spat when Sotiriou is brought down and each see their name in the naughty book.

  15. INJURY TIMEpublished at 13:22 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

There's been eight minutes added following the change in referee and Cambridge are utilising it as much as possible.

Josh Stokes chases an equaliser with his right foot but he's in a bit of a tangle with the ball underneath him and he can't keep it down as it heads way off target.

  16. 'Fully deserved lead for Notts County'published at 13:22 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    HT: Notts County 2-0 Swindon

    Mark Stallard
Former Notts County striker on BBC Radio Nottingham

More than good enough, a fully deserved lead for Notts at half-time.

Swindon have posed a threat but it's fair to say they don't have a similar threat to that of Walsall the other day.

It has felt like an open game from the start and Notts County have taken their chances.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:20 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Notts County 2-0 Swindon

Notts County are in the driving seat at the break thanks to David McGoldrick's brace.

Plenty for Ian Holloway and his Swindon side to do if they are to get back into this one.

  18. Postpublished at 13:19 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Bradford 0-0 Grimsby

It's been a slow start in the 13:00 GMT kick-off but the Bradford engines are starting to rev now.

Bobby Pointon and Lewis Richards combine to cross towards midfielder Alex Pattison, who nods it into the six-yard box.

There's no home player to force it home though and Grimsby are able to clear their lines before it gets worrisome.

  19. 'Positivity coming from Rovers'published at 13:17 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Cambridge 0-1 Bristol Rovers

    Lee Mansell
Former Bristol Rovers midfielder on BBC Radio Bristol

It is nice to see positivity coming from Rovers' play, players are committing forward and creating chances.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:16 Greenwich Mean Time 4 January

    Burton 0-0 Northampton

Goalless at the break in an important basement battle at the Pirelli Stadium.

The only chance of note fell to Northampton's Sam Hoskins after about 38 minutes but his effort from 10 yards after getting in behind was well saved by Burton keeper Max Crocombe.

The Brewers haven’t troubled the Cobblers’ goal at all. Not a lot else to shout about in the first 45.

We said before the game that a draw does no real favours for Burton or Northampton. Will either side come out with more intent in the second half?
