A fantastic recent text. One of you guys has shown me a table of the Premier League table if every match started in the 90th minute.

Let me just plug it into the official BBC graphics...

In fact, only three teams have conceded more goals than Aston Villa in Premier League matches after the 75th minute this season.

    Can you name them?

I hope you enjoy that table and show it some thumbs. I need to justify going down an Aston Villa late goal rabbit hole to the bosses.

Despite winning more points than they lose late on, from the 75th minute onwards, Unai Emery's team have conceded 14 and only scored 12 in response.

OK, sorry for the delay. The best I can do is a table showing points won and points lost after the 75th minute for the Prem's top 10.

Villa actually have a points difference of +5.

Thanks for getting in touch Marc.

I'm always down for a "trophy or top four - which is better?" debate. (It's a trophy).

I'm also trying to find a last five minutes league table. But it's proving difficult.

Villa must be relegation contenders if based on 85+ minutes, it is shocking how many times we concede late on. We need to win our last 4 games to stand a chance of Champions League qualification now. Hoping we can win the FA cup, which would be a bigger achievement!

It wasn't just Pep Guardiola's celebrations at Matheus Nunes' injury-time winner last night, it was his whole demeanour.

He was manic from early in the contest, when Ruben Dias conceded a penalty for his challenge on Jacob Ramsey.

Everything about his was exaggerated. I just got the feeling he knew last night's result was huge in the context of finishing in a Champions League place this season.

Guardiola was also quite late into his press conference afterwards.

I get the feeling he was pretty anxious about the way the result was going to go and got himself wound up.

    The life of a - highly-paid - football manager.

    Cheers, Villa Fan.

Aston Villa's next game is their FA Cup semi-final against Crystal Palace on Saturday. They'll be the favourites.

Gutted with the result, feels like that’s a killer blow for Champions League hopes, we go again on Saturday and channel our frustration into that.

Anyway, I've rambled for far too long, and that's before I've told you about this morning's taxi driver who was dancing to Bob Marley between gear shifts.

Here's the league table in all its glory:

We can of course talk about Rashford and Aston Villa today, though.

And the other things that jumps out this morning is Manchester City's 15-match winning run over Villa.

I'm trying to think of other football bogey-team match ups. Don't Brighton currently have Manchester United's number?

And there's always Dundee United presumably keeping Barcelona fans up at night what with their perfect record over the La Liga club.

Thanks Simon. I'm glad someone was watching. City's winner actually came so late I was tucked up in bed trying to sleep before today's very early start.

I thought today's live might've been all about Marcus Rashford, and Aston Villa's superb recent form. Woke up to news of Manchester City's win.

Matheus Nunes scored in the 94th minute to give Manchester City a priceless victory over fellow top-five contenders Aston Villa at Etihad Stadium and move third in the battle for a Champions League place.

What could be a preview of next month's FA Cup final looked set to end level as City struggled to find a way through the Villa defence after Marcus Rashford cancelled out Bernardo Silva's early opener from the penalty spot.

But, in the fourth minute of five added on, substitute Jeremy Doku skipped past Axel Disasi down the left, then delivered a brilliant low cross with the outside of his right boot which rolled perfectly through the six-yard box for Nunes, who drilled his first Premier League goal of the season into the bottom corner.

It was a familiar feeling for Villa, who have now lost an incredible 15 successive league games at Manchester City.

    Hello, how's it going?

We've got a busy day which we'll pack full of Manchester City vs Aston Villa reaction in the morning, and then Arsenal vs Crystal Palace build-up in the afternoon.

    Sound about right?

But I promise there'll also be plenty of room for the kind of chat and laughs that makes #bbcfootball so special.
