Oh man, mega chance for Spurs here. Dejan Kulusevksi, brilliant as always, beats a couple of players and rolls the ball across the six-yard box.

It would be a tap-in but Richarlison and Mikey Moore are nowhere to be seen.

  2. Palace's solid defencepublished at 14:37 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport's chief football news reporter at Old Trafford

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner has really organised his defence well.

Between them, Marc Guehi, Maxence Lacroix and Chris Richards are a really strong unit.

They never stray too far from each other and keep their shape really well.

After the encouraging early start, Manchester United have not been able to find a way through.

Palace have conceded four goals in nearly seven-and-a-half games since losing 5-1 at home to Arsenal on 21 December.

  3. 'Utd have taken their foot off the gas'published at 14:37 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Leon Osman
Former Everton and England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's like Man Utd cannot sustain momentum in a whole half.

A large portion of goals are scored by momentum and wearing the other side down.

United started well, but they have taken their foot off the gas.

More positive Bees play. They're the Bees but play in red and white. Never thought about that before. Odd. Anyway Kevin Schade heads wide.

  5. Can Spurs hold on to a lead?published at 14:35 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

    Michael Emons
BBC Sport at the Gtech Community Stadium

No-one at first glance knew who had got the final touch for the goal, but seeing it again, Vitaly Janelt was the unfortunate man, with the ball bouncing off his back and into his own net after an excellent inswinging corner from Son Heung-min on the left.

Tottenham have lost 21 points from winning positions this season, now would be a good time to hold on to the lead. They almost lose it straight away though, only for Christian Norgaard's powerful strike to be parried by Antonin Kinsky.

Despite having the lead, the Spurs fans are still chanting "we want Levy out", the third time they've done so this half.

  6. Postpublished at 14:35 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

Tottenham's Mikey Moore feels a bit of contact from Nathan Collins in the box and goes down. No penalty. He was shoved but probably not enough to fall over.

I would be frustrated if I was Rasmus Hojlund or Joshua Zirkzee.

The team who have chosen you to be the spearhead and neither of you can get a game.

  8. Tottenham have muddled through in this scrappy gamepublished at 14:34 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport football news reporter

Tottenham have not been at their attacking best but Son Heung-Min's delivery at a corner was a moment of quality which was aided by Vitaly Janelt into his own net.

Brentford remain the better team from an attacking point of view but haven't made the most of their chances.

It's still admirable, however, that with 11 players out injured that this disparate group of players have battled through adversity.

A Bruno Fernandes free-kick is over hit and runs through to Dean Henderson in the Palace goal.

Aside from one burst and pass to Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo has barely seen the ball for the hosts and when he has had it, he has largely passed it backwards.

  10. Postpublished at 14:34 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

Since the start of last season, Tottenham have benefitted from more own goals (eight) than any other team in the Premier League.

  11. Postpublished at 14:33 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

Brentford have reacted well to going behind. Nice touch from Kristoffer Ajer and captain Christian Norgaard has a shot saved.

  12. Postpublished at 14:32 Greenwich Mean Time

    Man Utd 0-0 Crystal Palace

It all feels a little flat inside Old Trafford at the moment. The hosts seem to have lost a little bit of that early attacking impetus and Crystal Palace look pretty content with the way things are going.

After watching Bournemouth v Liverpool last night, these two games and teams look like they're from another league and division. The divide is massive!

Lovely bit of skill from Keane Lewis-Potter to beat around a Spurs player. Brentford keep the pressure on and they are furious not to win a corner.

  16. 'A lot of confusion from Janelt'published at 14:30 Greenwich Mean Time

    Brentford 0-1 Tottenham

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

It looks like a lot of confusion there between the goalkeeper and Vitaly Janelt.

He goes backwards and it comes off Janelt's own head.

Palace are overhitting pases to each other and making things more difficult for their teammates.

When they do get the ball on the counter-attack they need to be more careful.

Palace really should be two up already so in keeping with tradition, I'm expecting a United goal shortly.
