Jersey Bulls stay in second place in Combined Counties Premier South with one game to go after a 5-1 win over Fleet Town at Springfield.

Lorne Bickley gave the islanders the lead just before half time as he got on the end Fraser Barlow's pass.

Barlow headed Bulls into a 2-0 lead five minutes after the break.

Bickley hit the post soon before making it 3-0 midway through the second half as Fleet's Dan Bone got one back before Bulls got two late goals.

Miguel Carvalho's cross come shot was turned in by a Fleet player in the 89th minute before Ruben Mendes got a fifth in stoppage time as Will Byers - who set up Barlow's goal - threaded a pass to Mendes who went though and finished well.

The win sees Bulls stay a point above third-placed Knaphill with one game left to play.

If the islanders can win their final game of the season at home to Spelthorne Sports next week they will ensure home advantage throughout the promotion play-offs.
