Jersey Bulls finished third in the Combined Counties League Premier Division South last season

Jersey Bulls conceded a penalty in the final five minutes as they were beaten 1-0 at runaway leaders Farnham Town.

A goalless first half saw Fraser Barlow, Miguel Carvalho and Jonny Le Quesne all have efforts for the Bulls.

Farnham hit the bar midway through the second half before a dramatic finish.

Kai Tanner was sent off for a shove on Bulls' Harry Curtis on 82 minutes but Farnham won a spot kick two minutes later after Fergus Boyle brought down Owen Dean and Harry Cooksley converted.

The challenge saw Curtis sent off as he was the last defender and Bulls could not recover to salvage anything from the game.

The victory was Farnham's 24th out of 24 matches to keep them 12 points clear of second-placed Knaphill, although they were pushed harder than they have for most of their games this season.

Bulls, who were without a number of key players, remain third in Combined Counties Premier South but are now eight points off Knaphill.
